We need to defrost the freezer every month or two. The ice builds up to the point the vents get blocked and the tops of shelves have a line of thick ice on them. We had a repairman from Westinghouse come out and he told us the ice build-up was because we had extra ice trays in the freezer.

The freezer drawers are also not designed to be removed. This makes defrosting and cleaning very difficult. The top drawer's clip is now broken after we have removed it twice (using the technique demonstrated to us by the technician.)

The original fridge they delivered also lacked gas so they had to replace the whole unit as it never cooled.

Overall, very unimpressed - would not buy a Westinghouse again.

Firstly I like the size of this fridge, it isn't too deep for my little short arms to get to the back of the fridge to wipe down. I like the spill free shelf design, if anything leeks it doesn't spread to the other lower shelves. I love the wine shelf, I use it for bottles of water, so much more convenient to get a bottle out and you can see how many you have at a glance. I don't like the height of the medicine keeper you can't fit a large bottle kiddies Panadol or Nurofen in the keeper. I like the vegetable draw and all the draws of the freezer, so much better than wire baskets. No wire baskets for food to wrap around making it impossible to remove without defrosting. Easy to clean inside and out and a very good looking fridge.

Easy to open and close. The best I like is it have variety of compartments with different size and facility
also it have separate box compartments for vegetables and double door.
Freeze box is lower side, so you dont have to bend frequently unless needed.

I love this fridge. Was given the option of ordering it opening either side which was perfect for my kitchen as we needed one that was opposite to what most come. Great amount of space and a good layout. it's the perfect size for my family and I don't think I'm going to need another one until it breaks which I'm hoping to be a very long time from now. I would buy this again and recommend to others.

Great fridge, has plenty of space. Has great functional racking which can be moved where required. Chilled water is great along with the auto ice maker .. Ice bucket holds a far amount of ice for parties. Good options for vegetables with humidity adjuster and divider. Freezer is great holds a far amount .. would highly recommend this fridge

I have had this fridge for less than 12 months. Seems to work OK but the door handles which I thought were stainless steel are not, they are painted - this paint is peeling off and looks awful. I have sent emails to the people I purchased it from and customer care at electrolux and still no response at all! Must say I am not at all impressed with their customer service - Very disappointing!

Not overly impressed with this fridge ! We decided to buy the top mounted fridge, so the freezer is at the bottom. The crisper drawer is just not deep enough so putting bulkier items like cauliflower or broccoli is a bit of a struggle. The freezer part is ok but the drawers tend to restrict what you can put in there too. And I seem to struggle putting any taller containers in the fridge. The door handles initially kept falling off, thats been addressed and now seems ok. It operates well and seems to cool well in all areas, it is quiet and looks good. I probably wouldn't buy it again though, I regret not spending a couple of hundred dollars more and getting the Fisher and Paykel.

Temperature control for both fridge and freezer it really easy to use. Ice box is a little small but average compared to others.

Comes with a wine or soft drink rake, cheese and or butter box. You can change the lay out. Which is very usefull.

I recommend this fridge for family of 4, even 5

This fridge has a great layout, maintains temperature well and keeps veggies very well in the crisper. The only unfortunate thing is, that it whistles at you when the compressor switches on which become very annoying when it's quiet. The first fridge got replaced with the same model and the second one id the same. I would never buy a Westinghouse again as their customer service was very slow and painful as well.

Really great fridge, no issues since Jan 2015 buy. Freezer is a little small for us though. Easy to clean and wipe over. Comes with wine rack as well but you can take this off. Same with ice rack- don't have to use it eg: can take it out for winter and just use in warmer weather. Great product so far.

Had a Westinghouse fridge before which last many years without problems so we decided to upgrade but get another Westinghouse and so far very happy, good size inside, ideal and quality product, would have liked the price to be more reasonable but I guess you have to pay for quality. Overal happy would buy again

Reviewed this fridge in Nov 2017. Around March this year we moved the fridge during renovation work and found that the parquetry floor underneath was water damaged. We put a Tupperware container under it to catch the water as we could see where it was coming from. Emailed the warranty people and within a week two men came and looked and found it was missing a small hose. The repair man ordered the part and came and fitted it within a few days. On both occasions they came at a time to suit us, and were prompt in their arrival. Excellent outcome and very welcome and reassuring. Thanks Westinghouse.

Wow. My old fridge died and I had to get a new one. The sales lady was brilliant showing me the features and it has ended up being bigger than my last fridge. I like ve the freezer in the bottom and it is so easy to keep clean. Thank you

looks great but have only had it for 10 months and it has already stopped working twice. The first time the fridge stopped working due to ice build up cause fan was failing. The second time the fridge and freezer stopped working and the fan had to be replaced. Disappointed as fridge looks great and is easy to clean. We had our last fridge for over 10 years and never once had a problem.

I have fallen in love with by Westinghouse bottom mount fridge.its a big relief for my back. It has excellent build quality and consume very less electricity. Maintains right temperature across all the shelved and corner.never experienced a frozen veggies unlike my old refrigerator.five stars for quality, build and power consumption.

It's a good fridge. It froze ice cream well compared to our old fridge. It hummed loudly after a few days but they came to fix it so that was good. The shelving design wasn't very room friendly. We have had no more issues with it yet and am happy with the fridge.

It can maintain a proper temperature to make vegetable and fruit fresh. Also it is pretty easy to clean. It is quiet. Another good point that it is vey flexible to move the internal frame according to your habit. Overall, it is a very good choice for home. Good quality,good price.

I am using this product for the last 3 years.....great product !!!! No issues !!! I will be buying another newer model soon, but I will stick with the same reliable brand !!!! My mates are also using the same product as I have recommended them, and I highly recommend this product to everyone if this suits their family needs.
