I have read some reviews that the freezer compartment is not frost free and needs to be manually defrosted every few months. is this the case?

The freezer has iced up I cant even open the draws what setting should freezer be on.

We have removed the top large freezer drawer to clean and having issues getting it back into situ. It just sits on the bottom drawer despite following the instructions. Any ideas would be appreciated? Thanks.

The fruit and vegetable drawers and the shelf above often freezes the fruit or vegetables. Can you explain why and should we request a service to the refrigerator? The items are not able to be used

Do you find the freezer drawer opening a pain? Does stuff get lost in the deep drawer? I don’t like the idea of the pull out door but I think it’s the best option for the space we have, so just after some opinions from experience.

The freezer handle came off yesterday. One of the plastic handle supports needs replacing. Where can I get one.

Has there is lightning in freezer?

My fridge is 16 months old. In past 6 weeks the fridge is not cooling properly at all. The Ice cubes are melting and some strange sounds coming out of the fridge. Any advice on what to do is more than welcome? Thank you!

The top part of my fridge has stopped operating. No coldness at all. Freezer was playing up and ice blocks were defrosting.... but seems to be working again. The top is still not working. For the past week the fridge has been beeping every single night at the worst times (3am). Such a nightmare to stop working right now when it's 40 degrees tomorrow! Any advice.

My Westinghouse Fridge freezer model number WHE5200SA beeps about 10 to 15 times per hour. Everything seems to be working ok otherwise. I don't know why this alarm keeps going off. Are there any solutions to this?

My fridge is now about 16 months old. The freezer dose not work at all and the top is no getting as cold even with the temp set at its lowest. Reading the questions I am not the only one with the same problem!
What can be done to help get the thing working? Pity it was such a good fit to my kitchen, except for the noise.

We have had our fridge for less then 6 months. The freezer and crispers are fine but the top part of the fridge is warm and not cooling. I have tried to reset it but still isnt working. Could someone help give me ideas on what could be wrong?

Received fridge a few weeks ago and we are very happy with it, however the freezer handle was damaged and I am very impressed with the service provided by HN shepparton and Electrolux to rectify this issue.
Can anyone tell me how to remove the damaged freezer handle to fit a new one?

We're considering this fridge. It only has one "crisper" draw. Our current fridge has multiple so we can have a "meat" drawer and a vege drawer.... How do people deal with that configuration? I assume you wouldn't want to put meat and vegetables in the same drawer ??

Does this Westinghouse fridge freeze produce placed in the crisper? I need to replace an 8 year old fridge that has always frozen my producefrom the day I purchased it due to a design flaw but am nervous it will happen all over again...!

I am struggling to convince myself to place. 3 litre milk bottle in the ‘bin storage with fingers’. In fact I feel the 2 litre bottle that I have placed may rupture from those ‘fingers’. May be I am not using this cabin properly. Any guidance or tip please?

Can the door shelves be removed?

We recently purchased a Westinghouse French door fridge and so far are very happy. However, we had a small accident and broke the freezer handle mounting blocks, they are small plastic fittings held on with one screw. I am shocked to find out that this part is not available and that a full set of three handles is the only part available at about $300. This is disgraceful as the plastic part would only cost a few dollars. Can you please help me even if it means sourcing a second-hand part. thanks, Michael.
