Hi Jamal, I don't have this problem but still I think you can change adjust the temperature located at the outside at the defreeze part which may solve the problem.

i would like to know why its cracking inside the interior of my fridge that i'm not too happy about this refrigerator for the vegetable crispers are so hard to get out to be washed they are too fiddly to take them off the track and put them back on its too time consuming i hope in the next model of westinghouse they will do a better design to the vegetable crispers also i'm not too happy that this model i purchased i have returned to the retailer(harvey norman) 3 times for faulty interior i realized it has started cracking the bottom of the white finish on the interior floor of the fridge while it was still covered by warranty /// the model no is WTE5200SB-R /520 litres please email me to let me know what is causing the interior to crack and if some one else had had similar defects with their fridge please email me ([email protected])

Just bought this fridge. Is there meant to be a small cover to cover the wiring at the bottom of the back of the fridge.
The way our kitchen is a small section of the back of the fridge is visible - at the rear exposed wiring etc is unsightly.
It looks as if there is provision for a cover with pre drilled holes.
Can someone please help?

I think mine had a cover on. Take a photo and show it to who you bought it off(if you bought it new), they should give you one.
Hey thanks heaps. Any chance you could please check yours? I’ve rung Harvey Norman and that said no cover. But maybe they were just too busy to check properly. Appreciate your help!
