Absolutely frustrating and disappointing
Really disappointed with Westpoint Suzuki. To cut a long story short we were offered a supposedly great deal yesteday under the price we had hope for (over the phone) due to the need to hit car sales target. Turned up today and spoke to another sales person as yesterdays salesperson was too busy? to followup this afternoon before we headed to the caryard. Todays saleperson could not get anywhere near what yesterdays saleperson offered...we left in the end (50 min drive one way to get there for us). Then to top it off another salesperson texted...Read more
us 5 mins after we left to say they could get us a deal. We told them what we wanted and they said no. ...wth? And during conversation today there was comment sometimes certain tactics are used to get people to buy cars... yeah like lying?Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Thugs, thieves, frauds
Jeep will do anything to rip you off, and they're not shy to cross into criminal territory. I had two experiences, both times they tried to persuade me that my car needed urgent repairs and tried everything to keep my car there -- even saying it could only be towed as it wasn't safe to drive. When you're a woman and alone, they try everything to get your Jeep on a tow truck and/or press super-expensive, needless repairs on to you. Don't buy from them, don't use them for repairs or service unless you like being blackmailed. You have been warned.

VW Service Centre is awesome!
My first experience with Westpoint is through their VW service centre and it couldnt have been better. Got me in straight away, the mechanic (Amanda) fixed something another dealer/service centre missed, cleaned the car and I picked up like new the next day. Great customer service.

First Class Service we were delighted.
Our Salesman Mr Grant Perry was the perfect gentleman no needless pressure, a sense of humor and was very clear in the questions we posed. His instruction on the details of the car and its equipment was clear and concise.

Poor Poor Poor, don't take your car/Vehicle to them for any servicing.
Firstly, took our work ute for full service Tuesday 15.10.19 at Westpoint Darra service centre.
As per usual i get a phone call saying my car needs lot more work done to it including Flat tyre/which i told them don't worry about it, as i just drove it into there workshop & it was fine, also we are still driving 2 days later with a so call flat tyre? as this is another money grabber for Westpoint. Was told a PVC pipe to the manifold was cracked & replacement cost of $400 should fix it, yes once again PVC pipe was in very good condition.

Love my new Honda HRV
Jess from Westpoint Autos was very professional and helpful in assisting me choose a new car. I love my new Honda HRV. She was very accommodating and helped me to get a new car as soon as possible by letting me swap the colour I had chosen to a car that they had in stock. She stayed in communication with me throughout the whole process, and I was able to pick the car up as soon as possible. She's booked in my first service and arranged my car mats to be fitted, as well as showing me all the features of the car before I drove away. Thank you Jess for your excellent service.

Westpoint nissan service liars
After buying a new x trail from westpoint nissan we began taking it to their service department for serving to find that the log books haven't been put back in the car after a service. We then rang them to ask where the log books were they said they would get back to us. They didn't. time after time we rang and was told that the person to speak to wasn't there. After that we serviced the car elswhere .Westpoint just a bunch of liars.

The worst experience I've ever had!
At the end of the financial year I was in the market to buy a car. I saw a car advertised at Westpoint Nissan Indooroopilly. It was the last day to get the discount price and the 1% interest rate, so I paid a deposit over the phone. The car was a Nissan X Trail, 2022 advertised as having 890 km on the clock, ex demo. We arrived the next day, having been told to come in at a certain time to allow them time to clean the car. On our arrival a sales person called Katie explained to us that the car had actually done 4900 km. We were very shocked and...Read more
questioned her about the misleading ad. She informed us that it was an ex demo / loan car. We told her that the ad was a lie, and that an ex demo and a loan car are completely different. She became indignant. When we got to the car, it was filthy. We told her that she told us it would be clean.. She said, "Oh I meant inside." We opened it up to find muddy scuff marks over the floor and sides. When we rightly became annoyed, Sheri got angry and we asked to see the manager. Then we met the new sales manager Braydan, who had been brought in fresh, just that day to fix up the poor customer service that was apparent. He himself told us that. He was apologetic, but really couldn't do anything to address our concerns, so we're asked to speak to someone who could help. Enter Nathan.. I can't remember his title. We went though how the car description in the advertisement didn't match the car we were presented with and the appalling condition of the car. It was still a good deal, so we still wanted to go ahead, but we wanted some price adjustment because it wasn't what they said it was. Only when we mentioned their negative Google reviews did they seem interested helping us. We negotiated a little money off the purchase price and Braydan and Nathan both said they would throw in a free cargo mat or weather shields; they would also have the car detailed and delivered to me. It took a day and a half for that to happen, and six weeks later, a phone call and two text messages to Nathan, I still don't have a cargo mat or weather shields. Soon after purchasing the car Nissan contacted me and asked me about my experience, so I told them how dissatisfied I was with the whole experience. No one contacted me. I messaged Nathan this week, and nothing. I have never had such a terrible experience when buying a car. If all the staff at Westpoint Nissan Indooroopilly are like the three I encountered, they should be closed down. It's been my first experience buying a Nissan, and because of the customer service I received, it will be my last. If you want to buy a Nissan, go anywhere other than Westpoint Nissan at Indooroopilly.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

No one should buy anything from Westpoint Autos
They are an initiative fraudulent motor dealer that you have to fight to even get a tax invoice, while getting new vehicle and they provide you unsolicited damaged, fraudulent edited vehicle for them called to be new. This link contents the doggy new vehicle that Westpoint Autos was given in breached trust account regulation.
You even be asked if you should fake the signature of the secondary vehicle owner. When you answering "no" and they breached trust account regulation to use your money given anything you never asked for anyway.

Barely even deserve 1 star!
So many bad reviews for this place already say it all. Every experience here is poor to say the least. Westpoint are so full of excuses for their continually horrible service. At least they're consistent I guess.
You have been warned - repeatedly! Avoid this place at all costs if possible.

Mob of Thieves
Yerongapilly - Had our Jeep repaired charged $1000 +, was not fixed. Took it back and they told it would cost another $4000 +. Had another Mechanic who works for Westpoint in another division take look and found that they had put a part on backwards. (to which they said it could not have run - however again they were wrong as it did!) Sent photos etc to Westpoint to which they accused us of faking. Would never take another car to them. They are a disgrace and were not in the least bit interested. Cost us $400 to have the car repaired by another mechanic and it is now running perfectly. Very bad service. Have told every one we know.

Worst Jeep dealer Ever !!
This is my worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. They are dishonest and lie to you. In summary they advised us our Jeep Overland would cost over $4600 for a number of alleged issues. We left our vehicle with them for over 2 weeks & started to spend thousands with them, but after not believing their constant lies and no resolve, we decided take our vehicle to another Jeep service centre. We had all our pending issues resolved with one service visit and a computer software upgrade for various operating systems for under $200. Apar...Read more

Worst experience ever received.
Worst experience. Had given my car for service and after taking hefty charges for the service, they didn't even bother to clean my car from inside. When asked, was told that we only clean driver side things(utter crap). Never ever going to return. You have lost me and my friends for ever as consumers. Congratulations on your achievement.

Disgrace!!!
We bought a car from MG at southside in Moorooka and we trusted him, because he seemed genuine. He was in such a hurry though for us to sign contracts. As soon as we did, he quickly got us to write a great review on FB saying what great customer service it was and convinced us, that if we signed up for our car to be serviced with them, that it would give our car from a 7 year warranty to an extra 10 year warranty, as well that it would be at a capped price. BALONEY! alright. This was the car dealers. little did we know it was other wise.

our first car service with Westpoint Autos at 190 Station Rd, Yeerongpilly QLD 4105. They kept stuffing us around in regards to the air vent on the drivers side. it just wouldn't move. It took them 4 months or so since we bought the car to rectify it. And then there was the lever on the driver seat that allows the seat to go up and down. they said the plastic had some clip and it needed tightening (apparently). i don't know how many times they tighten it. it was very laughable. On our second car service they tell us that the car service will be priced at a higher price, because of the kilometers. Yep! scammed! If you don't want problems please take all the unsatisfied customers feed back on this review page and don't buy a car at Moorooka southside autos or sign some BALONEY! capped priced service. if you don't want to keep being disappointed. You have been warned! We probably should have known better from the first experience. We saw a gentleman that owned a dodge, go in furiously, complaining that no one cared to contact him or do right by him. The way the manager was treating him was appalling! To end it all they chipped our car door, they didn't want to take any responsibility on fix it. other then offering to put some blob of white paint. The car driver seat has made some form of clicking sound; and again! they have not fixed the problem. I am truly scared that they will just cause more damage to the car. Cause let me tell you this is not the first time it has been chipped by them. To top it off the front customer service (very laughable) person. Said 'if i have concerns with them mistreating my car, that, quote!... 'I don't have to service it with them'. In a very condescending, arrogant voice. He also mentioned, that he would get back to me straight away that day. it's the third day and nothing! please contact the ACCC and Current Affair. Justice needs to be served. Or else they will continue doing it.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Appalling customer service, horrific experience with Westpoint Autos
Horrific experience with Westpoint Auto customer service communication. I've had no car for a week now, and no communication indicating when I can expect it. I've lost count of the number of calls to them - 6 in 4 hours - and nobody has called me back. They've called me 3 times this week - one of those was because I requested a call from the customer service team to leave feedback.
I'm taking my car elsewhere from now on for more thorough mechanical servicing and improved (any) communication and buying my own roadside assist. I will NEVER do business with them again.

Don't get deceived by their offers
I am so disappointed with them today. I purchased nissan Qashqai from them in 2015 and was offerred 5 years roadside assistance as part of the deal. The consultant whom I dealt with then, had verbally conveyed this to me but had not mentioned any clause that said it is only valid if I am doing my yearly service with them. I took my car for service to them the next year and because I had to relocate, all consecutive services had to be done from a dealer closer to were I stay. I never had to use the roadside assist until this morning when my car...Read more
broke down. After calling up nissan assist, I have been quoted $198 that includes a call out fee as well quoting that the deal has expired. I called westpoint autos and explained the situation. It was very unfortunate that the people there didn't even make an attempt to offer me any help. Anybody willing to deal with them, please make sure you don't get deceived by the offers they give. When you really need them, trust me they won't help you.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Buying New Honda HRV VTI LX
I bought a New Honda HRV-LX from Westpoint Honda, Indooroopilly on the 28th of February 2022. It was great experience to deal with the dealer and the Manager. The dealer that I had to deal with was Mr Patrick Okimaru. He was an excellent communicator. He provided and informed all necessary information about the car that I bought from that place.

Deposit not fully refunded
Recently I placed a $500 deposit to take a used car I was considering purchasing for a mechanical inspection. I changed my mind within the cooling off period and decided not to purchase the car. I only received $400 back from my $500 deposit and when this was queried at Westpoint Indooroopilly I was told the $100 was kept by them for administration costs. Goodwill is an important aspect of a company's popularity and they have lost my goodwill. For the sake of $100 they may have retained my loyalty and possibly received further business from me.

Avoid Westpoint Honda Service
Brought in my Honda for a diagnosis on an engine problem. After the first day they called and said that they hadn't even got around to looking at vehicle, but would like to keep it overnight and will guarantee that they will look at it before the afternoon of the following day. At 2pm of the second day I called them as I had heard nothing. They said that the car was up on a hoist, but they still hadn't got around to it. I drove there and saw my car parked 3-vehicles deep, and sure enough, it wasn't up on a hoist and they still hadn't go around to even looking at it after 48 hours. When asked about my car they admitted to not even looking at it even though they had it for two days.
