Was greeted well by Wes first on phone then in person was knowledgeable and friendly. Finance with Justin was also the same. Would recommend to everyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

We bought a jeep grand Cherokee almost two months back and after a week we get an engine ignition alarm and after several follow ups with the insurance provider and we finally got an appointment and get it checked. In between this time we found out that one of the headlight was faulty and the two of the tyres are in such a bad condition that they need immediate replacement. We already spent almost thousand dollars to get it done. At the time of sales the sales person said that the car has no issues which is absolutely wrong. Not at all happy with the service.

A huge range and no-pressure staff - refreshing change from the borderline harassment from other yards. Daughter selected her car (insurance replacement for write-off), and we were in and out within a couple of hours. She loves her car, and have had no problems with it. Was previously unaware of them, but would definitely use them again. (Purch: Hyundai i30 in May 2022)

Fairly standard car salesman I dealt with, nice enough guy. After him was the sales manager who was pretty keen to upsell paint protection and get me onto their finance loan. Sent a few emails off to see if the money had cleared and when I could collect my car to which I never got a response, which I thought was pretty poor form.
All in all I’d say a pretty stock standard large car sales operation from my experience.

Don't deal with Warren. Obviously not interested in selling cars. Business must be SO GOOD. Drove up from Albany wanting to look at a couple of work utes running late due to weather and road works. Rang saying we were about 15 mins away hoping he would say he would wait. No, closing in 8 minutes. Rang back at 1.35 Warren answered the phone. Hung up when he realised it was Col again

They hassle Le me when I didn’t want to buy there warranty or purchase a loan though them, then they dropped there trade in price of my vehicle by 66% we’re I couldn’t do a deal saying they don’t make any money of my vehicle, they couldn’t even bother making an extra effort to do a deal even though my bank already deposited the money in there bank
