Slow responses. Various excuses. Tried to avoid response to emails. Not very happy. They did not seem to be fair. We had a much better experience with another strata company that was larger and had more resources.

Very bad experience. Gave them a go. Could not recommend them at all to anyone. As like some of the others, we will be better off with a different strata.

We have been with Westside Management for over four years. We are extremely happy with the excellent communication, extensive knowledge, professionalism and their interpersonal skills. We would definitely recommend Westside Strata.

I have been on the committee for two years now and have found the team always helpful and courteous.
With the many problems associated with unit complexes their job is very demanding, but they always get the job done.

Our strata manager Rebekah who we have been dealing with is very helpful and understands our needs. She provides great advise and offers excellent suggestions with great results in quality, by demonstrating great professionalism and commitment. Our committee is very pleased with her and hope to continue to work together in making further improvements to our apartment complex.

Strata manager would usually get back in a day or 2. The reporting is good. The guidance provided on defect matters is extremely helpful. This is a strata mgt agent I can trust.

We have had numerous issues from not being able to get into our garages to the ceiling about to break down on us. Still they have not fixed the issue. I have been in my unit for nearly four years still waiting for them to put a flys-creen on the bedroom window so I can open it without bugs coming inside. Still waiting for them to fix the roof and if it falls and damages my property I will be suing you.

Our apartment complex has been with Westside Strata Management for over 8 years and Petra Walker is our strata manager since 2014.

Petra's professionalism, work ethics and dedication to duties are second to none! She is always willing go extra miles to assist in resolving reported issues and problems, even at times, not within the bounds of her services. She is very responsive and always available to answer calls, even outside of office hours and on weekends.

Other members of the Westside team, in particular, Lucy and Georgia are also very customer focused and responsive.

We are very sorry to lose Petra as our strata manager soon, but wish her every success in her new role in Westside.

Our apartment ceiling is falling apart, keeping telling us will come fix never did, it’s been a year already, our strata rates just keep going up each year. Worse company ever.

Nadine was helping me so much in this difficult time. She is not only have a kind heart and she is also have a higher understanding for people’s situation like me. She extended my levi payments time into monthly instalments and all this is so helpful and relieved. Strata Management has a such a great worker like Nadine. Not only working hard but have a beautiful heart too. Outstanding Service. Thank you so much again for everything you have helped me.

Ever since Westside manage our strata, everything is getting better, problems are getting fix properly and the common area are much cleaner

Westside Management P/L has always been quick to respond to any need, Nadine doesn't waste any time getting what you want,... been with them 7 years and will be with them for a long time to come.

Nadine is Just so on top of her job no sooner have we requested something and she make it a priority . we are so very happy with the service she offers she has a lovely disposition and is so nice to deal with Thank you Nadine

I have been working with Bernadette from Westside Strata Management for only 6-8 months and she has been extremely helpful and always on top of everything and very prompt with her work. Bernadette is honestly a superstar and I am nothing but pleased with her service.

We have been with Westside Strata Management for the last 7 years. Petra Walker is our strata manager. Her professionalism and work ethics are none to others! She would go extra miles to resolve issues, although, at times, not within the ambit of her services. I would strongly recommend Westside, and if possible, Petra as your manager.

I have been very pleased with the service that our strata plan has received from Petra and Lucy and the team at Westside. Issues or questions are always dealt with quickly and in a friendly way. I'm sure we're not the easiest bunch to work with at times, but this hasn't affected the service we receive from Petra. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Nadine has an excellent work ethic in following up on emails and phone calls, and also ensures that the requests that are sent to her get actioned in a timely manner.
She also takes the time to listen to our needs.
