I just want to congratulate WFI staff for the exceptional customer service that they deliver.
My daughter had just paid for rendering and painting of her house and was devastated when the garage doors and brick work were badly damaged with a vehicle . We luckily had convinced her to insure with WFI, as we had.
Immediately, the amazing lady that took her call, removed all of her anxiety, taking care of everything.I mean everything
WFI arranged for a safety inspection, that occurred by COB that same day and an assessor on Monday at 930 am. The incident occurred around 1.30pm and they had someone at her house, driving to her from Brisbane, fantastic.
They (WFI)were exceptional, in today's world we need more companies like WFI!
