We have needed to purchase white goods on 6 occasions for a range of projects in recent months. Each time Winnings staff have been very helpful in helping us sort out the appliance that suits the need and match the best price available. In one instance we were able to find an appliance on the Home Clearance website that matched a need at 50% of the price!
Overnight delivery on several occasions was amazing and the delivery guys are always helpful and careful moving large items in and out of the house.
Great to have a shop in Newcastle where we can talk with a person and look at the appliances.

I have bought numerous appliances from Winnings over the last ten years.
The showroom is well stocked and the staff have been there for long enough to be very experienced.
I never felt pressured into a sale and I would often go home to think about it and then process the order online. The web site is great and the guy who did the delivery very proficient.
I can't really think of any bad things to report. I always find the prices as cheap as or cheaper than elsewhere.

We purchased a refrigerator & washing machine, from the time we met Lynda who helped us to choose our items to the two gentlemen who delivered the goods the service we received was amazing, constantly informing us of arrival date & time right down to a message & phone call 30 minutes before delivery, everyone was so helpful, cheerful & polite, we could not recommend them highly enough

Melinda at Newcastle was excellent. Informed about her products and very helpful. Price was suprisingly competitive particularly given the service and great showroom to actually view products.
Delivery was going to be a problem when cabinet maker gave us short notice of installation and one product had limited availability. Melinda kindly sorted it and the delivery to a rural area was exactly on time.
