Very happy.

Amazing experience with Woolley Appliance Services!!!!!
I spoke to Shay and Tracey over the phone and they provided such genuine and lovely service to me. I had initially one man that came out to check my dryer and he was so helpful and hygienic and lovely. 2 men came a few hours that day to check my dryer and were very friendly and prompt. Had a great experience from this company!

Unacceptable
I m not happy with booking time to be confirmed on the day of the appointment. Also second attempt to rectify issue in the last 2 weeks.
I was told by the phone operator that on the second appointment they will be changing some parts, on the first appointment the assess.

These guys were absolutely great! The technician was fantastic! He arrived on time and called an hour prior to let me know he was coming. Very satisfied with the service. I'd be happy to recommend your firm to friends who have problems with their dishwasher.

Exceptional service
We have a number of Miele appliances in our home . Whenever we have our appliances serviced by Woolley - more recently it has been our dishwasher - the professionalising displayed from taking our call, to having our product serviced is second to none. The technicians are professional, polite and very tidy and call you to let you know they are on their way. We recently dealt with Troy who was great.

Your second Technician saved you from 0 stars
LG requested Woolleys to repair our new dishwasher after it stopped working late last year with a "Heater Error".
The first visit the technician clearly didn't know anything about the dishwasher and in between swearing at the device spent a good amount of time telling me how crap my new dishwasher was. He diagnosed a main board fault which he had to return for. He returned approximately two weeks later with the board and proceeded to swear and be generally rude once again. He advised it was fixed and simply left.

ter he left to get a "Motor Error", literally after running it for 2 minutes. I immediately got back on to Woolleys and requested a repair with a new Technician. Another week went by, and a new Technician, Scott, arrives. Apparently during the previous attempts, the dishwasher had its electrical ground disconnected and not reconnected - very safe for an electrical device that has water in it. The Motor Error was a simple one - it wasn't plugged back in to the main board! The pipes at the rear of the device were badly twisted and almost ruined. He resolved ALL of the above disaster, tested the device for 15 minutes, and confirmed that he had done all he could see and it all looked like it was working OK now. I am writing this shortly after his attendance, but I have confidence in this Technician. Scott saved you, Woolleys. The only reason you have ANY stars at all is because of him.Similar opinion? Unfriendly and rude service

I had a problem with my Miele washing machine. Miele scheduled a Woolleys technician to do the service - it was Christmas eve. Troy diagnosed the problem and then I needed to wait for Miele to supply the part. Jamie from Woolley contacted me to say he was on his way and arrived as scheduled. He was very professional and solved the problem, replaced the board, and even vacuumed behind the washing machine. I asked him numerous questions about the machine and washing programmes and he was polite and very knowledgable. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Best customer service
They are extremely helpful and incredibly responsive. Fridge broken on 20th Dec, they came out same day, within 1 hour of call and helped me with entire process. Would highly recommend them.

Brilliant Service
Had another call out for my Samsung fridge, it had been leaking water in the crispers and freezing. Ryan came out this time and fixed the issue and took the time to explain his thoughts on the problem so that I had an understanding. He was very polite, worked efficiently and fixed the issue. He also called in advance and arrived when he said he would. The work was covered by Samsung. Very happy customer overall, thanks Ryan.

Fantastic Service
This was a visit organised by Samsung to make sure our new TV was set up properly and to make sure we were able to use the remote. The service from the office was great and we were alerted to everything by text. On the day Ben the technician was on time and he was polite and friendly. He checked all the cables etc and then spent a considerable amount of time making sure that we able to understand what the remote was able to do. I would thoroughly recommend Woolleys.

Poor Technician with Inadequate English
Our technician looked into our dishwasher and claimed it was working but some part not in great shape. My wife gave it a try and it stopped after 10 seconds and then informed it can't be repaired. We tried to understand what the situation was but the technicians English was for the most part incomprehensible. Only part my wife understood was the fee would be $120, but when I checked the bill after I got home it was $165 and this was what debited from my credit card. Technicians must have adequate English to communicate what they find and what will be billed.

Great Technician
The technician sent to fix my dishwasher was polite, punctual and friendly. Jamie worked efficiently and took the time to explain what was wrong with my appliance and what was needed in order to fix it and swiftly the part was ordered and it was working again, thank you Jamie!

5 star - Miele dishwasher repair
Our 10 year old Miele G 1534 dishwasher had an F78 error code. We contacted Miele, who arranged for Woolley to repair it. Woolley contacted us via phone and TXT to confirm the problem, get details and arrange a time for the tech to attend site. Jamie called 30 mins before arriving, replaced the faulty circulation pump and re-installed the dishwasher in about 30 mins. Great service, prompt and professional. Recommended !

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
LG allocated the repair of our fridge to this company. Firstly the customer service person did not listen to the actual issue with the fridge and said they knew what was wrong and what needed to be done - I eventually explained but clearly they did not take note.
They ordered parts and advised service times were 4 hours either morning OR afternoon and that you are notified the day of service - Makes it difficult to plan before hand and if no one can be there you are expected to take time off work... On the day time was between 10-2 so not morni...Read more
