Hi can someone please let me know if you have to apply for balance transfer at the time of application of new platinum card to get advantange of 0% interest for 14 months or can you do it later once you know you are approved for your card and what is your credit limit? Thanks

I am looking to apply for a Woolworths card & wondering how long it takes to receive an approval and if approved how long to receive the card? Also, as part of the checks does the company call my employer to confirm income/employment or are payslips sufficient? What other documents are required?

They did not call my employer however they requested 2 recent payslips and that was it. After sending them, getting told i was approved and even confirming my id at auspost i got a letter saying i am now declined with no explanation. Good luck! Try Coles instead :)

I have a question regarding interest I have been charged. I tried calling customer service tonight but they don't seem to understand my query & my issue remains unresolved . There is no email contact listed, can someone please send through alternate contact details?

Their interest policy is far from best practice and many would term it a blatant rip-off. They charge interest for the full opening balance regardless of how much you pay - ai omitted the $2.50 paper statement charge one month and paid the remaining debt prior to the due by date..... yep.. they charge me a month's interest on the full amount even though it was only their paper statement fee the was outstanding. Stay away from the card.. there are others out there that are better solutions, lower cost, better customer service and easier to deal with.
