Pros
$10 off at Woolworths for 2,000 points (min. $667 spend)
10% off one shop at Woolworths each month
Regular promotions to waive the annual fee for the first year
Cons
Points earned are not the same as regular Woolworths Rewards points
Points cannot be converted to Qantas Frequent Flyer points

Money maker
Take up the card when they offer no fee. If offer is only no fee for first year only ring up each year and say you will cancel if they charge you and you will get it free. Pay all your bills and buy all purchases through this card and you will receive Woolworths vouchers 4 times a year. I usually get $60 so that's $240 a year for free. But always pay your account before due date so you pay no interest. One Xmas my card was used fraudulently os during the night. I woke up to 3 text messages telling me something was wrong. They fixed it all and sent me a new card.

Very good card - if you main supermarket is Woolworths
This card is useful if you main supermarket is Woolworths
- 10% discount in Woolworths once per month
- Points which are converted to gift cards 3 times per year
- Card has rewards card on the back, one card less to keep in the wallet
Other features are usual for normal credit card: interest free period, average annual fee
No extras (like insurance etc.)
Better to not use it for international transactions
Also direct debit payments are processed quite slowly

Easy everyday card
Convenient card to use as an everyday credit card. Points earned can get converted to Qantas points. Get 10% off a weekend shop at Woolworths once a month. App was not the best I have used.

combining reward programs in one card
A good credit card with a good reward system, especially if you regularly shop with the Woolworths group. If you do not pay off the card in the interest free period the interest charged on the account is quite high. And there is a 10 cent charge if you want to receive your bills in the mail. But on the whole I find the card to be very good one . I like the convenience and multiplier effect of accumulating points via Woolworths. We calculated the best credit card for us based on the annual cost and the rewards paid. We are seeing our annual costs refunded in rewards in the first quarter! The Qantas points have been used around the house as required ie beater, bbq, toaster etc. When a dispute has arisen you get to speak to a local ( Kiwi).

Spend more to get more!
As I pay all my bills and do all my shopping with this card, I must say it is a very pleasant surprise when I am rewardsed with a shopping card. I accumulate points from all the different stores that I shop and extra points at Woolworths. Redeeming the points is very convenient and an absolute bonus!

Excellent credit card for everyday use
I use this credit card as my main credit card for everyday purchases. The card is issued by Macquarie Bank on behalf of Woolworths.
Pros:
- Accumulates points which are automatically converted to Woolworths gift cards every 4 months
- You also get a 10% off shop offer every month (every 2nd weekend of the month) linked to your Woolworths Rewards card (if you have one)
- You can link this card to the Woolworth Money app to track spend on the go
- Last but not least, 55 day interest free period which is pretty standard for most credit cards
Cons:
- No free international transactions...Read more

Not clear on balance transfers
Signed up with Woolies credit card for the balance transfer in June 2018 and was told that this would end September 2022 for no interest fees before I can use it as a credit card. However I was charged interest for my September statement (which was generated 24th September). I had been planning on paying off the entire balance by the end of September so that I could continue using the credit card with no interest for October onwards. When I called Customer Service to ask why I was charged interest already, they said that it ended in September s...Read more
o from the START of September I've been charged interest daily. I complained since I was told it "ends" in September - if they meant from the start, they should clarify exactly what date I would be charged interest from. Not happy with their customer service or their credit card - the only deal they continue to offer is a discount on online shopping from Woolworths. I shop at Coles anyway so definitely would not recommend a Woolworths credit card or insurance due to their poor customer service.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Lots of benefits
With everyday rewards on the back and the 10% discount each month for additional savings. Also gift cards due to the accumulation of points from using this card are an added bonus

If I could give no stars I would -
The call centre people are pathetic and robotic, the new limit is this - cash advance $1000 only, must pay $300 back then if you want another $1000 you have to pay off the first amount - so that would be $1300 in total, stuck your card up your a**

Bank transfer onto this card is far too long
So transferring money from one of the "Big 4 banks" to my woolworths visa card... for as long as I can remember it always takes like 5 days for the money to show up in my woolworths visa card account now if I transfer from most other Australian bank accounts it usually only 24hrs sometimes it can be same day, it actually hinders me from using the woolworths visa card, so I end up using my Gem visa card (which is non Australian) or my westpac ignite card more frequently than the woolworths visa as I get penalised for using woolworths visa as my...Read more
money disappears for 4 days than shows up on the woolworths visa app on the 5th day, if there anyway you could speed up this process to come into line with modern banking transfers I'd love to know as you must get asked this question everyday.. Besides this the card is quite handy to use, but a visa card is only useful if you can access your money in a normal time frame- Online Shopping

Best card for everyday use.
Easily the best card on the market for everyday use. I treat it like my Bank account and put everything on it where there is a record of use easily accessed available on the app. Simple navigation on the app. with everything covered. A very helpful 'Help Desk' if you need them and you actually get to speak to someone, not waste time with a 'chat' line. Love the "Rewards' that accumulate with use.

Horrible. Ridiculous
Horrible. Took two months to get. The online system is random. Information provided is lost in transit. Security verification system failed. Today they randomly cancelled it and when called refused to provide any justification...Choose another credit card! Shame on Woolies and Macquarie who provide this service :(

At Last a card that rewards being used without hitches
Good to know that a 10% reward will come monthly. The card is easy to use and identifies the bearer with Woolworths staff at the checkout as an existing customer.

Zero emails about the 10% off shop, had the card for 2 months now
I signed up to this card with the intention to make it my main credit card due to the claim I would have the opportunity to save 10% off my Woolworths shop once a month. However I'm yet to receive a single email about the 10% off offer. The cards terms and conditions state: "Primary Cardholders will be notified via email prior to commencement of the Offer Period." after 2 months I have not received a single email about this. Others online have reported the same thing (and yes I have been checking my spam folder just in case).
I sent a support e...Read more

We're sorry to hear about your experience. A private message has been sent to you.
I've now got an email to say the offer is on the second weekend of the month. So I did my shop on Sunday, scanned the rewards card on the back of the credit card and NO DISCOUNT WAS APPLIED. Very unhappy.

My Everything Card
I use my card for everything and pay it off in full each month. Its the perfect card to earn bonus points that add up quickly and are easily redeemed. Plus there's often extra earners linked with the Woolworths Rewards Card. They're also only a quick call away if you have a query.
