had difficulty with login but the customer service was very assisting even though it took them a while to reply to my email, but highly recommend, the prepaid is a really good deal.

Love the online store and click and collect
I love using the online store and choosing click and collect. With 2 children with Autism it makes my life so much simpler and I never have to worry about meltdown at the store. I would definitely recommend them.

Woolworth's are misleading and deceptive
Ordered online for the first time at one price, and get charged another. Apparently the price all depends on what store you collect from. But they don't tell you this, and if they do it's not immediately obvious. Its not even about the money, but the feeling of being robbed. No wonder I told the customer service moron to **** off. They are either too stupid or don't want to acknowledge what they are doing is misleading and deceptive. I will never shop at Woolworth's or any of it's other businesses again. "That's why I pick Coles".

Saved my life since having a young family
Started using their click and collect service almost three years ago with our local WW in Balgowlah when we had our 1st child and have never looked back since then. Yes there have been the occasional mishaps (especially at the beginning) but overall a great experience.
The app recognises what I normally buy and prompts me with what is on special, I get to choose or easily amend my pick up time and I can leave comments for each item so the staff knows my preference. The order is always ready on time and you can notify them you are on your way (...Read more
that’s the only thing that sometimes doesn’t work but better they keep things cool longer). By now the staff also know us and are always nice and accomodating. Sometimes we even get extras (within reason) at no other cost. If there’s a problem, I find the store is much friendlier than the central call centre. I still buy separately my fruits and some of my meat but it’s still incredibly convenient - especially when compared to their competitors’s equivalent offer which is totally rubbish. Well done WW Balgowlah! PS: If there’s one thing I would suggest is the option to get notified when an item you want to order becomes available (when out of stock) and be able to easily amend your order accordingly.Similar opinion? Delivered wrong item (worth $140) and missing items from my shop
We had a large online order placed including alcohol as we are having a party. It was supposed to be more convenient doing it online.
They substituted $140 worth of alcohol with something else that was not like for like.
We were missing important items like bread and nappies.
I went online and I can see the store has it available. They did not need to substitute or miss items.
I rang woollies online straight up they admit it was incorrect to substitute the alcohol as it wasn’t like for like. They are coming back to collect the alcohol I have to...Read more

WORST SUPERMARKET DELIVERY IN ADELAIDE - DISGRACEFUL COMPANY
Received an online order, delivery guy stacked all the crates inside the porch and stood back waiting for me to do something with them. Aside from the fact I am not young and trying to lift them and remove the bags from the sides of the crates was impossible there was no room for me to step over them. Did one crate with great difficulty and then couldn't move to do the others. The delivery driver, an indian man, said nothing just stood and watched me. When I said you have to move them and hand them to me he was irritated. Made complaint he...Read more
re in Adelaide to a manager who was an absolute clown, pretending that his phone cut out so he didn't have to deal with my complaint. Was all for the delivery driver and couldn't have cared about me. I pay that idiot's wages, without customers what do you have. Will never buy again from woolworths. People need to stop sucking up rotten customer service in this country and do something about itSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Click and collect
I find the click and collect order option a fantastic option to order online but avoid delivery charge. Its set up to notify when you are on the way, and your order is there ready fir you when you get there.
Super easy..

Barely got half what I wanted
Very hard to make a meal out of what is available without getting a bunch of pre-packaged stuff in plastic. Can only select half what you want, mostly pre-packaged stuff. Couldnt get steak I wanted or a leg of lamb or lamb mince, the lettuce I usually get not there, no broccoli, cauli, marinated chicken wings. Went into store and it was all there just does not have a listing online.

Prices of tobacco
Woolworths charge so much over cokes online for cigarettes. I know most people would be glad of that but it is a rip off by a big conglomerate taking advantage

Woolworths meat has no flavour
For the last few months, we have been ordering Woolworths meat, and when or if we receive it, as a few deliveries have had missing meat, on what we received, we found the flavour very lacking. Woolworths meat seems bleached (light pink colour) of the blood and content that gives the great steak flavour we all love.
On our last order Woolworths were unable to supply common rump steak telling us 'out of stock; but same was still was showing available online??? I feel that they do this on price special items scheduled for delivery, after the sp...Read more
ecial price period is over, as it has happened many times to us with specials ordered being 'out of stock' on delivery day. So we have now gone to the local butcher and what a difference; Tender large rump steaks red & full of flavour, even after being frozen first and economical $15/kg on a bulk buy. I have now woken up to better quality and price options in the future.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Arrogant delivery driver
Honestly the service is not even worth one star.
I order every week and this week had two bottles of wine in my order. Now I do look quiet young so completely understand the driver asking for ID but as I presented it to him he started laughing in my face making arrogant comments about how I look 16-
looking me up and down trying to intimidate me. I presented a passport which was also valid ID.
Most people would say 21 for me but im actually 28 and definitely at least look like an adult. I responded by telling him how rude he was and he trie...Read more
d to give me cheek saying “well you do look young”. I am aware of this but it is not necessary for him to be making comments on how someone looks. While sometimes this can be a compliment, some people say it in such a negative and condescending context and then invites them to make stupid or patronising comments like “you’ll appreciate it when you’re older” or “its a compliment” afterwards to get away with their insult.Similar opinion? Terrible service wrong and missing items
Don’t do it I would give zero stars we live on a boat and travel Australia so rely on deliveries. Every delivery has had missing or wrong items, so we tried click and collect and got a taxi this time the New Town Hobart store had twelve missing items and two wrong items $75 worth complained got a refund and form letter apology, pathetic and they give you food that’s a day from expiration and fruit and veg that’s about to rot

Terrible Service
I am fed up by delivery mistakes and deception by Woolworth's.
Online special price items ordered are regularly marked 'out of stock' on delivery day and not delivered.
I feel they deliberately do this as they want to sell same stock at the now increased price to others, instead of meeting their online order obligation. I feel the 'out of stock' is just an excuse, as these were common everyday items.
Our Xmas tiger prawns order had the fresh prawns part missing, with no help from online staff. The 'thawed' prawns that we did receive, had myself...Read more

Terrible: what’s the point when some of your groceries aren’t delivered
Placed and order and all my dairy items were missing. Contacted woolies for a refund through their online chat service and was left waiting half an hour with no response so I had to call. Best they can do is a refund. I paid for delivery a service and yet now I have to go and purchase all the missing items. The alcohol I brought was left to roll around in a tub. Two bottles repeatedly smashing against each other so when they arrive one is damaged and leaking. They should be packed so they don’t / can’t roll around. I won’t be ordering from Woolworths again and I don’t recommend their online service.

Worst experience ever!! Cancelled my order with no explanation.
Woolworths Cancelled my order without any reason and now it will take up to 5 business days to refund $200 worth of groceries. What an absolute disgrace. Tried calling customer help desk and they were absolutely useless. I’m appalled at this experience. Definitely Won’t be using their online store EVER again and I’ll be telling all our family and friends about this too.

Absolutely dreadful
The click and collect is absolutely appalling. Half the order was wrong or had one day left until it expired. If I could give it a negative score I would.
