Woolworths Ermington

Rude staff, the younger staff need a lesson in customer service as they’re very rude in the way they speak. Luckily I go there only for smaller items but would rather go to Top Ryde or Parramatta for bigger shops.

Pathetic woolworths

published

Extremely disappointed, wanted to buy a product, checked online before going, it was available in a woolworth store 12 km away from my home, travelled there, in the store i couldn't find it after searching for 10 min. Then i asked a staff to help finding it, after spending 35 min, he confirmed its showing in stock in their system but they dont have any in the shelf. So i should buy it elsewhere as no nearby woolworths have any stock. These guys wasted my half a day. Pathetic and poor staff and the market chain as well. Never recommend anyone going there for shopping. They are expert in ruining your precious moments.

My local Woolies rocks!!

published

My local Woolworths are fantastic!! They serve me each week and are always super lovely! I had a lovely young lady pack my bag in such a way that made it so much easier to unpack at home. Each of the staff have been so lovely. I have had to return items and they were so easy to deal with about it all. Thank you Hampton Park Woolworths

Disgusting quality

published

Purchased a Caesar Salad Kit yesterday 15/01/2020. Use by date 19/01/2020. The quality is disgusting. The kit is full of brown spine of the lettuce and contains very little Cos lettuce leaves. This is not good enough. There is obviously no quality control. Will not purchase this product again.

Can you trust this company?

published

I have been to Woolworths recently ... very reluctantly. It was close. If I had an option I wouldn’t go there. They ripped all that money from Australia. By not paying proper wages that money was not spent by their employees in the general Australian economy. Who has been sacked? If I stole an apple by mistake I’m a thief. Woolworths can steal $600 mil and they get to say ... “Gee sorry “ we have to as consumers react by taking our business elsewhere for at least 12 months .. then, and only then will they not give their executives outrages bonuses.

Barramundi portions. Absolutely terrible!

published

The packet says barramundi portions, but it’s more like barramundi tails. These are 8 of the 10 and the other 2 were the same. I’ve bought 3 packets of these and they are all the same. It’s highly disappointing that Woolworths markets this as portions when in actuality they are merely scraps as large part is inedible fish far. and ends that they don’t use for the in their fillets at the deli.

Manager won’t even answer the phone

published

Hamburger rolls were hard/almost burnt just on one side. I couldn’t see until I opened them at home due to the way they were packed, so it was definitely deliberately done. They were also crumbly & dry, I doubt they were baked today like the label says. Rang to let them know, phone rang out twice. When they answered and transferred me to the manager, the phone rang out again. Bad product, worse service.

Worthless customer service

published

I have experienced this thing not only today at woolies (NT,Darwin city,8:55 PM). Every-time I go there a lady (I won't mention her name here ) in a front desk ask us to do bagging ourself in a very rude way. I don't think that's a good way of customer service. I think it's not only her fault, its a manager and Incharge as well. They have to teach them how to provide good customer service to the customers.
If anyone know the place to complain with name of that person, please let me know. I have really a bad experience at Woolworth, Darwin City.
I am even not giving them a 1 star but its a compulsory.

Just to combat the haters

published

I understand some people might have had bad experiences once or twice but the company is massive and they generally have amazing staff that are well paid.

I just think a business that keeps you fed at a low price shouldn't deserve a one star. Just cause they gave you wrong change or worse excuses.

My experience with woolies have been pleasant overall over multiple locations

Why have woolworths changed there sausages (large tray) always liked them now I don`t I have bought my last tray

because they want to sell less sausages in a small tray for the same price of a large tray its happening everwhere

Fair Go

Supermarket sausage ingredients read more like a chemistry test and its the chemicals they don't have to list on the labels you need to worry about. Forget convenience and don't fool yourself you don't have time ---go to your local butcher and enjoy real meat again, it will surprise you.

Why do you have mutton marked as lamb in your Gladstone Kin Kora shop

Mutton tastes much better than lamb, its always less expensive and should be cooked slower, ie; 170c unlike lamb 200c+. bye

What in gods name has that got to do with Woolworths having Mutton Legs labelled as Lamb Legs.
