We have been using Online Shopping for approx 3 years and pay an annual delivery fee. The service has usually been pretty good up until recently. We have been receiving short orders which is very inconvenient as we are shut ins. We are thinking that drivers are not notified how many bags go to make up individual deliveries. Maybe the drivers and customers should be notified how many bags make up the order. Could be written on Invoice. Would be a quick & easy check for everyone! Your comments please.

It sounds like a scam. If you paid the money by credit card, I would suggest informing your card supplier, as your account is open to scammers.

because they want to sell less sausages in a small tray for the same price of a large tray its happening everwhere

Supermarket sausage ingredients read more like a chemistry test and its the chemicals they don't have to list on the labels you need to worry about. Forget convenience and don't fool yourself you don't have time ---go to your local butcher and enjoy real meat again, it will surprise you.

Mutton tastes much better than lamb, its always less expensive and should be cooked slower, ie; 170c unlike lamb 200c+. bye

What in gods name has that got to do with Woolworths having Mutton Legs labelled as Lamb Legs.

A customer comes into the store and asks if you stock a fruit called Cantaloupe. You've never heard of it before. You:

Suggest to the customer that they look up the product on their phone to show you what it looks like

Politely point to the signs in front of each product in the fresh produce section the customer may have missed

Apologise to the customer, say you have never heard of that fruit before but you will find someone straight away who can help

Apologise to the customer, say you have never heard of that fruit before and walk them over to a nearby team member who might know

Re: Single serve salad bowls
I wanted to provide some feedback on the Greek salad bowls as you seem to have changed up how you are serving these. You used to, very nicely, separate the feta cheese and olives into separate sachets which is a great idea for those people who like one but not the other. However in the last couple of months you seem to have moved to packaging the feta and olives together which I simply cannot understand. I actually like both olives and feta cheese but a goop of olives and feta marinading together is not nice at all. It changes the texture as well as ruining the taste. Is there any chance you can consider going back to how you used to do it and separate them out?

Not sure about W’worths brand but definitely the Coles brand once you twist it open it breaks the inner seal. So guess maybe Woolies is the same.
