food items received soaked in leaking chemical
Being in mandatory self quarantine for 2 weeks due to moving from NSW to QLD my wife and I were relying on a delivery of food items from Woolworths. Firstly an item got removed from our order due to low stock, we got the item price refunded. When I rang the Woolworths online number to get a substitute item put on our order, I was told I would have to place another minimum $50 order to get this item. Then the order arrives with a bottle of liquid air freshener which has leaked onto food items, including fresh food. No refund received yet, and gift voucher offered but not sent to email. The overall experience dealing with the customer support is it’s your problem, not theirs. Food shouldn’t be in the same bag with chemicals.

Dry Goods swimming in water
Received my Woolworths order 10 minutes ago. Delivered in a different vehicle "Scully Refrigeration". My coffee, cake and dry goods sitting in a bag of water. Coffee cardboard packaging so wet and just soggy with water. Why is it so hard to get a proper delivery and goods in satisfactory condition?

Woolworths Hampton Park
Bought 4 litres of Pura light start milk. Didn’t realise only 3 days left, so when we got home, rang them and said to bring it back. So we bring it back then we go back, they said they can’t take it back. So ended up buying another four litres. After talking to 2 more people we ended up having 8 litres of milk, freezing 4 litres doing three trips, frustrated, I will be going to Coles at either Lynbrook or Hallam from now on. I live in Hampton Park, usually have no issues. But I really think they should work on customer service. Josh

Great click and collect service
I used the online click and collect service for the first time to buy groceries at The Pines in East Doncaster and was pleasantly surprised by the ease of ordering as well as collecting the groceries. Woolworths offered a pick up time between 12 and 2, then contacted me by mobile to let me know the order was ready. There was no waiting time at the service counter when I arrived and the goods were promptly brought out. The store supplied all that I ordered; in 3 cases the specified goods had obviously sold out, but I was given a more expensive...Read more
substitute at no extra cost. I was very impressed with the effort the staff went to, ensuring that all my requests were met. Well done to the store. It was a seamless process. It was great to use and substantially cut down the time I was exposed to other people during this time when the covid 19 pandemic is a big issue.

Worst steak
Woolworths Tweed Heads butchers has gone from the best to worst steak quality.
I duspect they have either bought worst quality meat or got rid of the butcher and are now supplying from a centralised store.
Coles is now a much better bet

Friendly staff but expensive
Friendly staff, good organisation especially during the covid 19 crisis. However woolworth is more expensive than Coles for most products. The brand should consider having more products cheaper than Coles.

Excellent Priority Delivery Service
Great Job Woolies! Your priority delivery service puts Coles to shame. I ordered Thursday, the day before Good Friday. Your website was easy to use and trouble free. I was able to place my order without any problems or issues. Your product range was much better than Coles and everything I ordered was delivered in the specified time. Coles, TAKE NOTE!!! This is how you run a delivery service. Was a loyal Coles customer until your debacle and laughable priority COPS delivery service wouldn't allow me to register for the service. None of your chea...Read more
per Coles branded products were available for selection leaving customers no choice but to buy more expensive branded products. As a person on a limited income, I had no choice but to go with Woolworths. At least they stepped up to the table. I can only imagine how many other loyal customers you have lost because of your inept and joke of a service. Will be shopping with Woolies from now on. Again, well done Woolies!Similar opinion? online shopping impossible
After spending very long time trying to checkout the groceries ordered for 82 years old elderly, who are verified eligible for the priority service, my multiple attempts failed as after click checkout, the system lead to no where but a blank page. this online shopping simply doesn't work. I am very frustrated as it's totally waste of time. If your IT system can't keep up, please simply say so on the front page, so people won't bother waster time ordering but can't checkout.

Woolworths online is so bad
We have tried Woolworths online either pickup and delivery. And their services are so bad. First you can not choose store for getting delivery. Second store near to us suspended delivery. Pickup is hit and miss, lots of items are not available.
Shame on you, Woolworths.

Please get toilet paper
They delivered what they had, but it would be nice if cancer patients were allowed a bit of toilet paper though.
The goods were ok and they kept us informed about the delivery time. :)

Woolworths Priority Service is disgraceful.
I have shopped at Woolworths for many years. About 3 or 4 weeks ago they cancelled my order to be delivered. Next they send an email asking to request priority delivery and list your medical reasons and a govt number. I did this immediately it was stated you would receive an answer within 48 hours. Three weeks have gone by and even this morning I received an email saying login to their priority online shopping. This is not possible as no such area exists. I just logged on to my normal online account and as usual just lets you spend an hour sear...Read more
ching and doing an order to be told when you try for a delivery there are no times available. This is inconsistent with the email they just sent saying more times are available. I am disgusted with their customer service. I have friends who have been using Coles online delivery priority service an getting deliveries for over a week now. I am done with Woolworths we struggles to queue up for their oldies hour only to go to Wheelers Hill in Melbourne no toilet paper but also very little else available. How can they constantly advertise all the ways they are helping and there is better service at Coles, Aldi and IGA. Woolworths have been a complete disappointment leaving customers in the lurch. If they cannot provide a service stop wasting peoples time and say so. I have spent so much time doing orders only to find you cannot find a time slot.Similar opinion? Woolworths Basic Box Scam
My wife and I are seniors trying to do the right thing during this coronavirus lock-down and reduce our number of shopping trips. We ordered, for home delivery, the Woolworths Basic Box for $80. Took a while to get delivered and then only 1 of 2 boxes arrived. We are still awaiting box 2 quite a number of days later.

Disgraceful
Ordered groceries online for 91 year old
seeing she qualified for priority. Not only was she being charged $15 delivery she had to spend $50 to qualify. Absolute disgrace and so much for helping the elderly during these hard times.

Not looking after vulnerable customers
Woolworths has adopted a dictatorial attitude in this time of difficulty. They presume to replace items on orders without any opportunity to tick whether their substitute is useable or acceptable. Their refund for items not supplied can only be used for another online order. I am a vulnerable customer who would benefit from being able to shop online but for the above reasons could r with Woolworths online again.
They abolished their special delivery rate for Seniors when they most need it. Their Basics box is a box of junk food.

Do I have to fill out the priority form every time?

Just a random question I bought chocolate milk the 2 litre which I always do and has been fine... But I bought it on Wednesday which was 15th of April... And when I poured a cup I drank it and that as I was going to sleep I had to run to the toilet because I was vomiting it straight up? Now I've been having issues for the last few months with vomiting but I always knew it wasn't the chocolate milk but I literally could not sleep until Thursday night because I was up vomiting plus with diareah which is not normal. I went downstairs checked the expiry and it wasn't expired but I smelt it and it did not smell the same. On Thursday I gave my daughter chocolate milk which she usually drinks the whole lot but she didn't drink it this time she had a little bit then didn't want it. Now my partner did not believe me when I told him something was wrong with the chocolate milk but I bought chocolate last night so Friday night and my partner had some and was fine I took one sip and gave it to my partner because it still tasted chat, then just randomly my partner vomited the chocolate milk up.
So to sum this story up for ya... what the fuck is with your chocolate milk?!?! We ended up chucking it out because my partner smelt it and he agreed there was something up with it. I don't know if anybody else is going through this but this can't be just an unlucky pick as it's happened twice now IN A WEEK!!! Please respond woolies because if there is something wrong with it we should know.

Is there anywhere you can say that you do not want a substitute/s when you order your groceries .

Why remove the managers name?? If she’s plain rude to customers what the big deal in putting her name on my review?
I want someone to contact me about this ASAP
