I had a very bad experience. They sent me an old sim (pre-2016!) that was not working properly. Their claim of 24/7 is simply not true! The assistance took 10 days to reply. We never send old SIM to any of our customers. By mistake, if one gets, we replace it immediately without any charge. However, before replacing we check with the technical department. Technically it's not possible to run data in the background when mobile data is turned off. Either mobile data or Wifi has to be "ON". * FREE incoming calls in 100+ countries
* Add more numbers from 50+ countries
The truth is: you get a UK and a USA number (although I have only seen the UK number. Also, the instructions you get after the purchase state that: "NOTE: To retain your US number you must receive a call on it in the USA at least once every 60 days, otherwise, you will be assigned a new US number").
Basically, you might get free incoming calls but the people calling you will have to pay for a call to UK no matter where they are calling from.

Slow, unresponsive, Bad customer service
First, I had to remind Worldsim to ship the hotspot so it arrived a month after ordering.
Second, since they were so slow, it arrived too late for the event I needed it for. Because of that, I ended up getting one locally.
Third, It arrived with a European charger (I'm in the USA).
Fourth, since the Worldsim ZTE MF65 hotspot was unneeded, I promptly requested a return & refund. Again, worldsim was unresponsive and conveniently waited until the return period was past. Then they finally responded to my third request for refund. Now they say "This Order is out of refund period."
Don't waste your time with this company.

They tell me I should use their live chat so they can troubleshoot, but there is no way to access the live chat on their website, and they won't tell me how to access it. This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY that thinks very little of their customers. They do not honor their warranty and do not stand behind their product. I am now out $120 thanks to them. I ended up purchasing my sim cards from OneSIM and they worked fine (with excellent customer service). If I could leave 0 stars I would.
