Cold And Flu Prevention
Finding a solution to prevent cold and flu by judging how the human body reacts such as coughing or sneezing, or blowing your nose into tissue - I realized that bacteria and viruses like to dwell in the mouth and throat area, and the best solution to get rid of these microbes is by chewing 2 pieces of gum that quickly stimulates saliva, but instead of swallowing because the ingredients can cause a mild laxative effect, you simply spit out constantly the saliva coming from the mouth and back of throat into bathroom sink, and as a result, you should have a clean and clear hygiene experience of your mouth and nose.
Purchased in April 2021 at Woolworths.

Good
These are spearmint flavoured and I just carry them in my bag to have anytime. They are very mild flavoured and dont burn your tongue like some strong mints can. They are all individually wrapped and the pack has a clasp so that it stays closed. The pack is made out of paper, so its not water proof, as I found out one day. The minty flavour doesnt last too long, but long enough to freshen your breathe. Overall, a nice and convenient chewy without the sugar.

a gum without any sugar. They are a bit expensive, but come on sale regularly in all the supermarkets. The sugar free factor can be worrying because it is artificial sweeteners, so probably not have a lot of these over a long period of time.
