I used Yellow Express all the time in my former job as a Receptionist in a medium to large size company. I have since moved on to another company who uses another courier service and I am making changes to the company policy as we speak so I can go back to using Yellow. They always made my job easier, they always answered my questions and took on tricky or out of the ordinary jobs. Things didn't get lost in space as they do with other companies and their customer service team is world class.

I have used Yellow to send and receive packages. I like their personal and very flexible service. They listen to what I need and have always delivered. I work for a corporate company with a contracted freight company, but when it's something time critical, delicate or tricky I bypass them and go straight to Yellow. They've proved themselves reliable and responsive. Highly recommended, especially for anything out of the ordinary because they have great customer service.

incompetent from A to Z. The guy who took the call didn’t ask if there were stairs so they sent me the worst team possible and they took 4h to do a job that should have taken 2 and charged me full price.

The movers were tired and slow and I suspect that one of them were actually still drunk ...

When I called them to complain they tried to put it on me by saying that I should have tell them that there were 15 stairs ... pathetic.

4h and $650 to fill a 1,5 container of 2m cube is a disgrace.

Never gonna work with them again !

Yellow Express were also great in providing information on the service at the time of making the booking. Would absolutely recommend Yellow Express for removal services. It was a stress free experience.

We used Yellow Express for a quick cross city move and they were absolutely perfect. Shelley in head office was so helpful from start to finish going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job. It was an early morning booking and the driver was there five minutes early and was super friendly and efficeint!
