I have problem with the payment
When I try to Place the order i receive a message (According to our payment gateway,your credit card issuing bank has declined this transaction. Please verify that your Credit card number. CVV/CID And billing address are correct before Submitting payment again. If your payment still declined, please contact your credit card issuing bank or use an alternative credit card or payment method)
I still can't place the order even though I am sure about my credit card information ( i rechecked the information more than 20 times) and i am sure that my credit card is working because i just used it at the same day
Do you have any solution to this problem?!

Hello I’m not yesstyle but sis I’m dealing with the same thing. I ordered mine on March 1st and it’s been so long. I contacted their ceo and got a response but honestly at this point I don’t think it’ll arrive

Hello,
I did not receive a confirmation email after completing and paying for my order. I ordered as a guest, before I became a member. It has less than than 24 hours since I ordered. Did my order go through? I checked my bank account and it did take my money. I tried to contact customer service but I couldn’t without an order number, which I don't have because I didn't receive a confirmation email.
Please help this is my first time ordering from yesstyle

there could be two possible reasons why the email has not been received maybe:

1. The email could not come through because the service has been deactivated and the email address is no longer available that you may have to create a new email address

2. Perhaps there was a glitch in the system and you would be able to take this issue to customer service

Hi, I ordered 6 items on 4th February 2020. My order number is 13553126. I checked my order details and 4 items are ready and in stock and 2 are waiting for stock. However, when I checked these 2 items, it was displayed that they were no longer available. When I checked customer support, it said that I’d be notified as soon as possible and refunded for these items, however, I have not received anything at all. What’s happening?

I have always ordered from YesStyle and have encountered no issues. However, I have ordered many items on 31st December 2022 with express and have checked that all my items are all “ready and in stock” and should be expecting a confirmation email that my items have been shipped on the 14th January 2020, however I have not received any email and my order’s status are still “Processing.” Please check what is going on, thank you.

hey i made an order with an amount of 169 dollars and it says order on hold, however i recieved an email saying that the order was succsessful and the money was taken out of my bank account., i contacted the custom service and i didnt get any answer, this is my first time ordering on the website and im very disappointed, this has caused me alot of frustration . Update : i contacted the customer service and they kindly fixed the problem however i didn’t receive any tracking code

My bank sent me an email saying that the money which is a total of 140 dollars has been transferred to YesStyle. But my order is still on hold and I have no tracking code . Please help me?!!!

Yes . I wrote an email to YesStyle and after a day they sent me an email confirming my order

Hi, I placed an order on the 15th dec and my money has been taken out of my account, but I never received a confirmation email or tracking number. I have no idea where or when my clothes will arrive. I got express shipping But still hasnt arrived. I have gone into my order history and it says I dont have any order history!!

I ordered some items 17 days ago and my items were shipped 9 days ago, however I never received a shipment invoice email and my parcel cant be tracked (it keeps saying the tracking details will be updated later). Is my delivery supposed to take this long?

for me (in melbourne) it took like almost 4 weeks or 4 weeks i can’t remember so yeah it can take a while but once ur package has arrived in ur state it’ll say that in tracking and then it got delivered the day after ( depends if it’s a weekend tho it may take longer)
