I have problem with the payment
When I try to Place the order i receive a message (According to our payment gateway,your credit card issuing bank has declined this transaction. Please verify that your Credit card number. CVV/CID And billing address are correct before Submitting payment again. If your payment still declined, please contact your credit card issuing bank or use an alternative credit card or payment method)
I still can't place the order even though I am sure about my credit card information ( i rechecked the information more than 20 times) and i am sure that my credit card is working because i just used it at the same day
Do you have any solution to this problem?!

How long does it tale to get the tracking number??? And how do I get it??

I did not receive a confirmation email after completing and paying for my order. I ordered as a guest, before I became a member. It has less than than 24 hours since I ordered. Did my order go through? I checked my bank account and it did take my money. I tried to contact customer service but I couldn’t without an order number, which I don't have because I didn't receive a confirmation email.

Hi, I ordered 6 items on 4th February 2020. My order number is 13553126. I checked my order details and 4 items are ready and in stock and 2 are waiting for stock. However, when I checked these 2 items, it was displayed that they were no longer available. When I checked customer support, it said that I’d be notified as soon as possible and refunded for these items, however, I have not received anything at all. What’s happening?

I ordered my items on dec. 12 in standard and checked the tracking code from the post pffice and it says ‘its on the counter’ i dont know what this means but will it still ship in my house??

I have always ordered from YesStyle and have encountered no issues. However, I have ordered many items on 31st December 2022 with express and have checked that all my items are all “ready and in stock” and should be expecting a confirmation email that my items have been shipped on the 14th January 2020, however I have not received any email and my order’s status are still “Processing.” Please check what is going on, thank you.

The app keeps telling me to update it when it's already been updated. I can't use it because of that. Do I have to do something to fix this?

I ordered 10 items from YesStyle, 9 of them are ready to be ship but one is still waiting in stock. The availability of that one item is 7-14 day it has been 15 day since I ordered and I have not receive any email or tracking order. When will my order arrive???

hey i made an order with an amount of 169 dollars and it says order on hold, however i recieved an email saying that the order was succsessful and the money was taken out of my bank account., i contacted the custom service and i didnt get any answer, this is my first time ordering on the website and im very disappointed, this has caused me alot of frustration . CAN YOU PLEASE HELP

Hi, I placed an order on the 15th dec and my money has been taken out of my account, but I never received a confirmation email or tracking number. I have no idea where or when my clothes will arrive. I got express shipping But still hasnt arrived. I have gone into my order history and it says I dont have any order history!!

I ordered some items 17 days ago and my items were shipped 9 days ago, however I never received a shipment invoice email and my parcel cant be tracked (it keeps saying the tracking details will be updated later). Is my delivery supposed to take this long?

So I ordered some items and said it would send Verification code to an email that I dont have access to so I changed the email on the account but I still didnt get a verification code and Ive been looking for hours and I cant find any way to get a verification code at this point but it still has charged my credit card what do I do
