Youi Caravan and Trailer Insurance

As cliche as it sounds, Youi really did take the time to get to know you and the insurance you need. They are extremely friendly and feel like genuine good people. The insurance did come out a bit more expensive than other companies but I'm satisfied that the cover is better. I would recommend Youi.

Great value policy for camper trailer and home (contents only) insurance. Super easy set up. Friendly and relatable customer service representatives. Even do call backs when you are hunting around for best value to see if they can price match

Very happy with all aspects of service. From quoting on new policies, to finding discounts on existing ones. Considering use to calculate premiums. Our one claim experience was overall very positive. Apart from occasional delays in communication, everything was resolved very well.

Very Expensive compared to RACQ for the same cover. Youi $40.17/month compared to RACQ $16.81. Youi should provide a price promise. This difference is too much to justify the youi experience.

Easy to change over insurance good value and found out I was insured for something I didn’t have. Makes sense to have tow rig and caravan with youi. Thank you Brook for your help.

Staff OK. They seemed to have no control over a simple request which turned out to be tedious and long winded. No wonder consultants are busy if requests such as transferring an existing caravan policy to a new purchase take so long

I find the time taken on the phone with youi is long in comparison with other companies. It’s always hard to do a direct comparison with insurances. But in saying that it’s comprehensive covered.

Last year I swapped from my long term insurance company to Youi. The reason for the swap was a huge drop in satisfaction rating of that company on ieatwords.com.au (Thanks for the warning :D). Then, for the first time in many years I sustained some damage to my Caravan :(. I was fearing the worst, not least of all having to struggle through the claims process... Nothing could have been further from the truth. This is what actually happened:-
The claims process was straightforward and fast. The assessor was in touch with me a day or two after claiming, and the inspection was done in good time too. There were no problems between the repairer and Youi either. All up very positive experience. Thanks Youi!
