During the Covid19 pandemic a lot of us are facing hard times both financially and emotionally. Matt took the time to walk me through each of my policies; car, house, units and found ways to increase my savings and in doing so gained my trust and business to switch over my remaining policies from other companies. He also introduced me to the Youi app which is a great help to keep tabs on my policies. A huge thank you to Matt for his support and assistance during these tough times.

Youi talk themselves up but the reality is they only want your money. When it comes to actually doing a claim they will look for any excuse to not help. I have had a recent experience with them and found them extremely unhelpful.

I just saved over $1000 dollars changing over to Youi. In the past week I have spoken to 2 consultants and both were very helpful and happy. I started with 2 motorbikes that had to be insured and was so happy with the quote compared to others I decided to look into changing my house insurance over. Our house was flooded in the recent storms. Water was so high outside it was coming through the walls which later created black mould which You sent people out to rip out. We have holes all through our house. They later refused to insure it. Said the house was too old and didn't meet modern day housing codes. Never insure with these people. They aren't fixing anything even after ripping our house apart.

Setting up the policy was a little painful but that was due to my circumstances as they're not the typical enquiry.

This is a new policy. Appreciated the effort of sales advisor to accomodate my limited budget. Hopefully, the policy cost remains the same next year, on a fixed income, expenditures become a serious consideration.
