Back pain has gone almost completely since changing to the zenna latex mattress. I would say it's 7.5 in comfort but the main thing is it supports your back really well as it doesn't sag down like mattresses always do or else they are too hard and too uncomfortable to get any sleep. Very comfortable mattress with excellent support in the right areas. I'm 6'4" and support areas fit well for me. Have had no wear or indication of discolouration after 6 months. We purchased 2 mattresses and my wife absolutely loves hers. She is sensitive to dust and allergens and has had no problems with this mattress.
