I have paid approximately $935.00 since Monday & my account has been locked/on hold... I have contacted zip pay via chat 4 times today & spoken to a customer service officer today who asked me for my Zip Pay codes from my banking app & said that this was suppose to fix it.. I can't even access the dashboard to make any extra payments. This is extremely frustrating as I shopping for Bridal Guwns & Bridesmaid dresses on Saturday & was going to use late part of my Zip pay limit to pay for these dresses... is anyone else having issues???

I'm having the same trouble as Dee and your answer doesnt resolve this issue. Its got nothing to do with 'Billers' or paying utilities. Just want to get into my zip pay account but after logging in it keeps going to the same page!!!
Can you please just read the question and answer it.
Delete App re download, Do not use finger print password,, Change password, set a 4 digit pin. Once you set a 4 digit pin,
pretty much easy from their. Most time connection issue. You need to be area high reception.

The answer is NO, you can NOT pay your car rego in Queensland with Zip Pay or Zip Money, I tried and was given the following 'We do not accept payments for this biller'
Yip, it's true! NO you can't!! I was relying on zipmoney to pay for rego. Disappointed!!

If you are wishing to make a purchase with a total that is greater than your available funds in your Zip Account, you can still do so with ease!
Online: at checkout, you will be directed to add a credit or debit card to pay the excess amount, if your order exceeds your available funds.
In-Store: the merchant will process the order as usual for the full amount on the order. After entering the SMS code provided by the merchant you will be directed to make a co-payment with your card to cover the excess amount.
Alternatively, you can make a payment on your account with the additional funds for the purchase.
