I am already on After pay and Latitude they gave me a decent limit of $1000. Unfortunately Bunnings and Comfy Care furniture only accept Zip and they gave me a lousy $350 which can not be changed unless you use the credit then they will decide if the credit can go up. I wasted my time and effort applying for this for no point. Zip doesn't even have a phone number you can ring. AFterpay and Latitude are much better a shame the other shops don't accept them.

After approving my account after 1 transaction.
They lock my profile telling me to pay it up in full before they can unlock it again. When I have no bad credit. Always in the good books. Im just a girl who wants a pays her bills in peace and they gave me the hope and rips it off.
Its just unfair that they approved of my account and let me pay and use it and then lock it.
Customer Service did not help at all.

After a hiccup I have found zip pay to be a helpful tool .Easy to pay bills on time interest free credit if used correctly.Love the ease of use and the app works well

Will not send me a code to reset my password. Says my paypal is not linked when I try to sign in with that but then when I make a new account using my paypal, it tells me it is already affiliated with an account. Afterpay 1000x better.

I had a wrong email address on my account and Vivien and the team helped me and retrieved my gift cards for me very quickly. Thank you zippay. I greatly appreciate the prompt and friendly customer service I received. As the other email address is in America. I'm very lucky the mistake didn't effect me too much.

I receive constant calls and message from Zip, asking for someone called edward. I have told you a billion times to stop calling and messaging. Literally over 10 times now. I try to call your customer service to put a block on the contact, but you hang up on me after being on hold for over 2 minutes. If I get another call or SMS, ill be going to the ACCC.

I applied for a zip pay account and had issues logging in so called support. The saleswoman informed me that the application had been declined as it didn't meet zips standards. I was astounded. What standards? I have an impeccable credit rating, have used PayPal many times without incident, own my car, have a credit card that is always up to date and a Facebook account that has been authenticated with photo ID. She said the supervisor would call to explain this anomaly to me, but I am still waiting -
abysmal service.

Am disappointed at Zip money for not accepting bill pay for registrations and credit cards. Some families want to be ahead with bills so they don't need to worry for a couple of months. I will hurry up and pay zipmoney off and go elsewhere!!!

At a time when I needed to make extra purchases for Christmas, I found Zip to be the perfect answer. It is very user friendly and so convenient. I would like to add that Zip Customer Service is super friendly and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend this product.

I have been using these guys for over 2 years now, started on small purchases hand tools Dremel drills and only had to pay back $60 a month I up-ed that to 50 a week just a great way to get items without having to wait too long and apart from a small monthly service fee no interest and that's ever! not even if you miss a payment. I now pay my power bill phone bill car insurance all those things that you need to pay monthly and as I pay a bit every week to Zip they cover the total sum of all the bills so it's painless I don't have to worry too much about it. without a doubt one of the best products on the market thanks guys your the best

I've use other lines of credit. This is the most convenient for larger purchases. I had connection issues with the APP. However managed to get it working. It takes a few goes. I created my own login. No Facebook or Paypal. Good for people*** that can manage a budget.

Zips useless if you’re new to technology,
I Got all excited while going through the process only to find out that i needed a Active-Social Media Account and to have already made Purchases/Transactions with Online Banking

I signed up thinking I would use it. Then in the end I didn't need it. Closed it within a week. They claimed if you don't use it you don't pay. They charged me $31 for a week. Good product. Bad service

Applied for zip pay already have afterpay and latitude, no hassles there, but zip pay no way that’s what!
Absolute rubbish, too much drama, and excuses!
