Hi, I purchased a Zodiac AX10 in January 2022 from Pool and Spa Warehouse at Blacktown, NSW, until recently it has worked fine however one rubber track comes off the wheel every day, there is no apparent damage to the track or the wheels, what would be causing this problem, would the rubber tracks need replacing so soon?

Hi. We have just purchased the AX10 and love it so far. It cleans the bottom of our pool beautifully. The only thing is it won't climb the walls of our recently tiled kidney shaped pool. We borrowed next door neighbours Dolphin which is a robot and doesn't rely on suction to make it move and that didn't climb our walls either - even though it climbs the wall of the neighbours rectangle fibreglass pool. So it has nothing to do with lack of suction or the AX10 itself I'm thinking. It must either be the tiles and/or the curvature of our pool which is stopping the cleaners from climbing our walls. Any suggestions? I know with the Kreepy Krauly they offer a separate foot with dimpled cork inserts that help it to climb the tiled pool walls. Does the AX10 have anything like this for my issue?

Hi. I have had an AX10 for about 18 months and recently it seems to clean for a few minutes and then just stops. It isn’t clogged with anything and the suction is fine. Any advice appreciated.

I have just purchased and installed a Zodiac AX10 pool cleaner, it works really well but how do i stop it from climbing so high on the walls as it nearly comes out the pool and starts taking in air

Unfortunately you can’t, there is no way to set it, it was part of the reason our pool pump packed in as an air pocket locked up the impeller.

HI Brendon, May I ask if you have checked the suction level of the pool? Thanks.

I’ve had a Zodiac 10 since 2016.
The rubber cleaners have stopped spinning, suction seems to be ok. I have noticed when I lift the cleaner to the surface, and the connection piece is raised out of the water it sucks in air.
Is this normal or that is where I am loosing suction??

Hi I have just bought the Ax 10
Very expensive but thought I need something reliable and dealer didn’t have creepy krauly at the time.

I’m getting zero movement at all 1,2,3 settings.
Pump seems to be ok as nearly sucked my finger off at the skimmer boxer inlet.

Feeling dienchantered at moment as this was for a remote area property.

Is there something that needs tweaking that I’m missing?

Having Huge problems with my new AX10.....tried every single adjustment to get this thing to work with my eco pump and it just wont...i can barely get up the walls....ive taken put my cartridge and made sure its clean which didnt change a thing really. I then took the cartrigde out all together to see if perhaps it was the age of the cartridge....still no change. I have my eco pump set to clean so changed it too boost with the AD valve set to 2, still its running very slowly and cant handle the walls...ive run outta options with this bloody thing...i wish id never wasted my money on it....clearly a small eco pump isnt sufficient to run it.....id lobe to hear if anyone else is in the same boat as me.

New too pool care and bought the AX10. AX10 run well when pump was on high pressure and AD Flow valve on 2 but as soon as pressure dropped back to medium pressure AX10 stopped. We then had sand changed in filter as it needed to be changed. Put AX10 back in and same thing, worked will pump on high and AD Flow Valve on 2 and when pump decreased to medium pressure it stopped working.
Running pump on high now with AD Flow Valve on 2 and works but didn’t think was ideal for longevity of pool pump. Plus would like to run it when at work but having pressure on high from 9-5 I would imagine would be expensive as well. Any suggestions?

I,m thinking of buying a Zodiac AX10 but after reading those great reviews, I'm wondering if the Zodiac AM10 needs a tuneup kit, not cheap after 12 month or so like the MX8 apparently dose?
