Wanted to buy sooner but previous pool guy talked me into something else that was a disaster. Constant cleaning, mega money in chemicals. All because he was going to get a kick back and thought I'd be spending all that money in his store . This cleaner has made all the difference and saved me so much in wasted chemicals for a cleaner that just wasn't suitable.

It works great, is easy to use and cleanup afterwards. Does well on all debris I've had.
I was worried with my first pool that I'd spend too much time hooking up to the filter and cleaning. Now I just put it in and come back at the end, clean machine and put away until next clean.

The product has helped my pool a lot and every time I need it. It's easy to use, easy to store away, easy to operate. It cleans exceptional well. I just loved it so much and I would recommend to my friends and families who have a pool. It was my first pool cleaner and we chose it right.

Does a very good job of cleaning the pool. Have not had to spend as much on chemicals already which offsets initial outlay. I only really use it to clean bottom of the pool -my pool is kidney-bean shaped so does not go up the sides probably as efficiently as would in a square pool

Love it. Much better than the previous brand, which gave me grief for 2 years. I sent it back twice for repairs. Zodiac gived 3 year warranty which gives me peace of mind. Bought it from a local store who will be there if we have any issues, So far geat service from my local store.

Easy to use.
Only takes one cycle of 95 mins to clean pool completely. Never gets stuck in corners or on steps.Can tangle near engine despite device to keep line straight. But this is minor.Will pick up large debris that would clog other cleaners.
Easy to store out of sight thereby enhancing clean cit appearance of pool &its surrounds

Easy to use, pool has never looked so cleaner, picks up the bigger leaves which no other pool cleaner has, it cleans the dust / debris better than any other cleaner we have tried. The price is a little more than most cleaners but is well worth the extra money spent.

i am a disappointed as i had another robot cleaner for a few years that was fine but shop owner convinced me this is a better product. I am not sure why this cant go up the wall properly. it constantly turns over and moves slowly compared to my old cleaner.

After 8 months we're really happy with the VX55. It cleans bottom and sides including the waterline really well, remote and lift system all work beautifully as advertised. The only flaws are not being able to clean the steps or pool corners (but at least it never gets stuck!), and not picking up the finer dust. 8x4m fibreglass pool.

Filter makes pool clearer and lessens load on skimmer as it cleans the edges too. A hook accessory, to assist lift, may be a good idea for we oldies, but not essential.
A brush insert into the scrubbers would assist with ingrained dirt but general performance excellent to all size debris.

Good product which Zodiac stand by. I had a warranty claim after 1.5 years use, rang zodiac their technician was at my place the next day, repaired the problem and gave me a crash course in how to operate it properly to get the best benefit from the cleaner......... first class Zodiac

Purchased this cleaner after a few months of research, was a bit worried about spending $1500 but after using it 3 times now i am more that impressed. it works extremely well on my 8m x 4.5m free form concrete pool. first time i used it it did make the water a bit cloudy but i think that was due to there being a lot of stuff on the bottom of the pool. turned the filter on and that fixed the cloudiness. second time i used the cleaner it was even better and now my pool is cleaner that it ever has been.

very impressed so far very easy to use and it does a really good job.

All this cleaner does is agitate all the dirt in my pool leaving cloudy murky water. This is caused by the strong water jet pushed out of the back of cleaner. Leaves and larger debris it manages,but everything else is just stirred up.. I have also tried the finer filter. Not happy as I bought "top of the range" cleaner and have gone back to using my pump cleaner. Waste of 2000 dollars.

I've only had this cleaner for two weeks, but so far so good. It works very well cleaning the floor and walls, it picks up/cleans up everything it comes across, but I have one criticism and that is it struggles a bit on the steps. But as I said only two weeks so I'll give it a bit more time to map out the pool area and surfaces.

I put it in the pool a few times per week and it seems to do the job of keeping the pool clean and leave the skimmer free to do the skimming. I like a lot, the lift feature. I also find the rubbish basket easy to remove/replace and clean.

Overall I'm happy with the robot and would recommend it if the price doesn't scare you away.

It works very good cleaning the floor and walls but it struggles a bit on the steps due to its size as it seems that there isn't enough space for it on a typical step. I have the 100 micron filter that helps with catching all the tiny stuff.
