Rip off, charged $286 for a battery, stay clear of them, should be jailed
Won’t use them again, they charged us $263 for a battery! What a rip off, stay clear of the service departments, it’s cheaper to call a mobile mechanic and save money

Total lack of service
Today my wife and I went to the Zupps Mt Gravatt dealership in the hope of purchasing a new car for our daughter.
After wandering around the showroom floor and the outside the establishment for about 30 minutes looking at the various cars on display, there was not one sales person that approached us to offer any sort of help. We walked around inside I plain sight like potential purchasers and nothing. We walked out and took our business elsewhere, to another car manufacturer.

Terrible Sales Staff
My wife and I visited Zupps Mitsubishi Aspley on Thursday 2/1/20. The sales staff couldn’t even be bothered to get out of their chairs to talk to us. After 10 minutes one of the sales team, a woman, called loudly to us “what do you want”.

Poor Services
ESC, ECS OFF AND DBC lights keep randomly turning on and off from 26 Dec. happen more often when putting hand brakes on, car stopped twice and have to Neutral to start.

Poor Service
Dropped car off (7:15 am) for 100K service - my usual mechanic just retired, so figured I'd give Zupps Kia Mt.Gravatt a go.... Guy gives me a service price, which seems standard, then asks if I'd like a wheel alignment for $28ish - I say yes! But then I get a call around 2 hours later telling me that my wheels are out of line, would I like a wheel alignment??? Apparently I get charged for them to "check" the alignment! I could have told them my wheels where misaligned for free! I told them not to bother - I'd arrange it myself. At best this is ...Read more
unprofessional, at worst... Fast forward to 4:15 pm - still no word on when car would be ready (even though they indicated 3pm ish). So I ring, get put through to service department, and eventually get cut off when nobody answers the phone -- so I do this 3 times, and still nobody in service department is picking up? They take my phone number & promise to ring me back "as soon as possible". Now 4:30 - they close at 5 - I guess I'll just drive there & take my chances. Rude customer sale staff
If you want to be treated like a valuable customer keep driving up the road, rude customer service staff and once they get a sale you are treated like a second class citizen, and whatever you do don't ask for a free set of mats especially when you spend $50,000.00

Good sales experience but then it goes downhill from there...
Good sales experience
Happy with how most of it went but that’s it... once the sale is done you’re just a number
However not happy with
- damage to car covered up at time of inspection, not a single mention of the quarter panel dints, hidden in photos and in the light hard to see, funny how no one followed me up on the damage including the principal!!!
- poor window tinting job, cuts not done to a high standard (it was free but put some effort in)
- paint protection is a waste of time - it was cheap but definitely not worth the price at full price, I did okay from applying it but I feel it’s not really as good as they claim it to be ...Read more
- capped price servicing was a rip off, charged me more than the proper Holden figures for my year model - had to ask three times for the 35% off two paid services to be applied at the time of service Generally once the sale was made the standard zupps customer service department failed as usual, it’s a shame as my family has been shopping here for generations. The sales process was great, it’s the service centre and customer service after that’s the real issue here, not to mention, car goes in to have the engine checked to ensure it doesn’t have faults the 1.4T are notorious for in the Astra The car comes back putrid after I cleaned and washed the loan car, that’s a poor attitude in tremendous levels of bad customer service, it’s not good enough when I expect my car to return to me the same way Service your car elsewhere, unfortunately zupps don’t care about after sales care, I won’t be back ever again, night and day service between Sunco Sunshine Coast and these guys, take a lesson on customer service, stop trying to rip people off on services and communicate between your departments!!! Very good service I dealt with Steve Stanford he was very helpful and very clear in explaining everything about the service to me he advised me on condition of my car wear and anything that he thought was required now or soon Zupps also look after my wife’s car service this is reassuring to know that the car is working well and safe

Stolen Items During Service!!!
I dropped my Navara off to get fixed 2 weeks ago and when I went to pick it up after being told they couldn’t diagnose the problem (turned out they just needed to change the fuel filter) the staff couldn’t find my keys. Eventually they were found in my unlocked car in the undercover car park. Driving home I noticed that the handles on my canopy were opened up and as soon as I got home I checked to find they had been unlocked. anel, uhf and even my camping toilet. They refuse to replace my items and deny that they had anything to do with it. They refuse to check footage of me locking the canopy in the driveway in front of the service entrance. Aspley Zupps are not only incompetent but they are thieves! Terrible Company
Daughter purchased a Hyundai i20 paid an extra 2000 for paint protection. After 12 months paint on handles started peeling had the fix it. Car is nearly 5 years old now and the whole paint work is faded phoned Zupps and they don’t want anything to do with it told her to take it up with the company that supplied the paint protection. Will not be purchasing anymore cars from here not the only issue with them. Terrible service every time I have had to deal with them had water in the headlight of my Suzuki which is still under warranty was told to go home and put a hair dryer on it or leave it running with lights on to dry it out.

Outstanding service
I just would like to give a big shout out to Alan Carter for his exceptional customer service today.
My parents who are almost 80 had their car damaged by hail recently and after a speedy insurance claim they found themselves without a car.
My parents find it overwhelming with where and how to start to find a car. So after I found this car online, they were excited but doubtful they could get it as wasn’t in our local area.

Misleading deal from Barton
I bought kia Ria & sales person was [name removed]. When I pick up the car, he told me that cruise control will fitted into later on date because cruise control wasn’t in stock. I rang couple of weeks after purchase and ask it when can I bring my car to fit cruise control and [name removed] told me that he never told me that they will fit cruise control on my car. Brisbane and all yard will match price as well So stay away from this YARD and [name removed]. Service Centre Terrible. Look elsewhere
Service Centre not up to scratch.
For the third time running the person handling the paper work side of the service was dismissive, did not listen and cut off any conversations such as care maintenance advice or what this service (or the next) entailed.

Service is terrible
Due to numerous visits (x4) to inspect and inquire about a couple of vehicles. Not only were the salesmen and manager, very rude and unapproachable and or open to negotiations. We (husband and I) decided to seek purchase further out for these reasons.

If Zupps Holden Aspley was the last motor mechanic I still wouldn't take my car there again.
Poor customer service - non-disclosure of loan car availability.
Delivery of repairs on one vehicle three days after promised date.
Had to take another car back after service to have the service finalised on another.

Don't sign anything with Zupps
Zupps are dishonest gougers. I bought a new Jimny and had diff breathers fitted instore before I picked it up because the last one of these vehicles I had got water in diffs (many thousands of dollars damage) with not even serious 4wd conditions and wasn't covered under warranty. This time I was careful to ask for the breathers to be checked every service. This wasn't done and a month before warranty ended the front diff packed it in. didn't - just quoted me over $3k to it fix problem and failed to contact Suzuki until 2 days before warranty expired. They didn't mention the zupps fitted breathers and Suzuki refused the warranty because they didn't have info about the breathers. When I checked myself under the car the breather in question was damaged and nobody at Zupps had said anything about it to me. They clearly failed to do the work I'd asked and tried to capitalise on the preventable damage as well as not disclosing to Suzuki the full information about the breathers. I will be taking industrial action. The car is a great 4wd but both Suzuki and zupps should have a good think about what their return business is worth to them. I have spent thousands with them and they have totally ripped me off. Don't buy or service with zupps and if you get one of these great cars make sure you get those breathers fitted and regularly checked as this is a pattern failure which the manufacturers and Zupps clearly aren't bothered to properly cover their customers for. Terrible
I bought a brand new Suzuki Grand Vitara November plated 2015 sports model from Zupps Aspley. I have had no end of troubles with this car since the day we got it. Every time it is booked in for a service or warranty work I get given the same excuses 'the car hasn't been driven in yet.' You would think that after owning the car for 2.5 years and driving 34,000klm that it is well and truly driven in.
I can't even get 340klms to a full 52L tank of fuel. The car constantly has a burning rubber type smell that lingers even after your park your car...Read more
