Am so impressed reading all the reviews here and I was about to purchase a $700 one from Ikea till i came here. Now my question is on Ebay the queen chiropractic black label is sold for $250 with seller name as zzz atelier, is it the same store or a fake one?

Definitely not a fake store Heidi. I purchased my mattress with them about 2 months ago. They are very good to deal with and delivery is very quick. Hope that helps.

Hi, I am having trouble deciding what model to get. Also what are the models sold on ebay? I'm mainly a side sleeper sometimes on my back. My partner is the same, we only share the bed a couple times a week. I weigh 70kgs and he's 95kgs. We both move a lot in our sleep. He heats up and sweat often in his sleep, I also heat up just not as bad. I have very bad neck pains running down to my shoulders and middle-lower back pain. We also sometines sit in bed with bed tables while leaning on the headboard for a few hours. So I definitely need a bed that can support partner disturbance when needed but also quite plush yet still supporting.. and of course a mattress with some longevity to it that won't sag. Please help! I've been going through all your reviews and Q/A however it has been making the decision even harder. Thanks for your time

Thanks for the enquiry. All models which we currently offer come with partner disturbance minimisation feature, and can adequately support users of 70kgs and 95kgs without problem. Mattress warmth is a very subjective and personal aspect. It is hard for us to quantify how warm a mattress would get, but generally speaking our Chiropedic range mattresses are designed with generous use of Airmesh fabric, which promotes better ventilation and breathability. This should help controlling heat issue to some extend. However, since you are after a mattress which is "quite plush", we do not have any mattress on offer which we can recommend. All our mattresses are rated at least "medium firm" or above in terms of firmness level, and are likely too firm for your liking.

Hi Tina, I bought one and its very firm, I've put a foam topper mattress on it to soften it a bit but it feels firm even through ==that. Not the go if you want to sink into a cloud !

Has anyone has any negative experiences with indent/sinking parts of the bed where you normally sleep? I'm about 100kg and my current latex bed sinks/indents where I sleep the most often.
Between black label and extra firm, I am tossing it up now.

Hi zzz atelier I am trying to purchase your mattress on eBay but there seems to be a few sellers selling products which looks like the one in your photo. Can you confirm that they all the same and covered under your warranty?

No, not all of them are genuine products. Our only authorised re-seller on eBay platform is zzz.atelier.outlet.store.
Due to the popularity of our mattresses, it has recently come to our attention that some eBay sellers, including very large and reputable ones, have created look-alike replicas. Please be cautious when purchasing on eBay, as many copycat replicas are essentially re-badged OEM mattresses, which are unlikely to have gone through the same chiropractor endorsement process as our genuine Chiropedic range product. While claiming similar features and multi-zone spring system, they may not have been properly designed and laid out to provide spinal neutral support.
In fact, based on a sample replica which we acquired from a large eBay seller, the mattress is made of poor quality materials inside, the claimed multi-zone spring system non existent, and worst of all it is made of fake euro top construction despite claiming otherwise. Such fake euro top construction has overstretched springs going all the way into the supposedly euro top comfort layer to artificially create mattress height at low cost. Not only that it will not provide you the proper spinal support, it is actually bad for your posture when sleeping on it.
The claimed warranty of replica mattresses are also doubtful, as these OEM mattresses are not backed by a real mattress company behind. Our warranty services only cover genuine Zzz Atelier products.

Well.. considering the geniune mattress I bought from Atelier Zzz eBay was unusable and potentially faulty I'm starting to think you would be better off gambling with the cheaper non OEM. Best response I could get from Atelier was tough luck, it's cheap for a reason, no refunds.
