Quietly surprised
Needed a mattress that was not too expensive. It arrived early and the box was damaged ( had a hole in the side). Not what I expected as it was in a roll! ( I expected a rectangular mattress ) Unpackaged it and it was thin ( not like the pictures). However once the outer plastic covering was ruptured it was a race to remove it as the mattress started inflating. I was blown away as within minutes it was as the picture showed. Great for me but...
I was chasing a firm mattress because I get achy shoulders from soft ones but I also wanted a little bit of padding for warmth and comfort. My budget was small as I'd just moved to TAS and I needed someone who would ship to TAS and deliver to a regional place. The nearby Toll depot (2hrs away) phoned me to arrange me to meet them to receive the box at my house which I really appreciated.
I read A LOT of reviews on this mattress cause I'd never bought one in a box before! For me it has turned out great after a month of using. There was a little adjustment period where I thought it was actually too soft. I'd recommend persisting for at least a month if you feel its too soft to begin with.

Best sleep in ages
Very comfy, soft, supportive. Have neck/back issues and this matress allows me to be instantly comfy. Friends come and lie and say how lovely! not solved my neck probs but probably injuries and pillow issue, i am still to resolve. Back been much improved. Albeit very heavy, hard to tuck into, but good warm doona great. All needed now is great pillow and doona!

Super Comfortable - Really Happy
Fast Postage and a terrific price. This mattress is spacious and super comfortable. The bolts and fittings are of good quality (better than others I have purchased online). The style of the bed is great (for the price). I have slept well since unpacking and taking the full 34 hours to allow it to expand. Make sure you read that bit on the plastic cover! Highly recommend compared to expensive items in retail stores. Thanks.

This mattress isn't seriously good for the money. It's seriously good, full stop.
This mattress was bought as a replacement for a 10 year old Sleepmaker, which was knackered. I'd bought a mattress-in-a-box for a spare bed a few years back (probably before Zzz Atelier even started) and I remember being massively surprised by the quality of the mattress for the money I paid.
I was originally going to buy another one from the same eBay seller, but it was the overwhelmingly positive reviews for the Zzz Atelier range here on ieatwords.com.au that convinced me to buy the Chiropedic Black Label King instead.

ing I noticed about the new mattress is how substantial it is. It's significantly heavier than the Sleepmaker, as well as being taller and more plush on top. Whilst this mattress tends more to the soft side, there is still enough firmness to feel well supported. Sleep has definitely improved since we changed mattresses. I feel more refreshed, and my wife now has very few backaches (the backaches were the reason for getting rid of our old mattress). One pleasant surprise is how quickly the Zzz Atelier mattress regained its shape after being unpacked, as well as having little odour out of the box. Some mattresses-in-a-box tend to have a plasticky dry cleaning smell for a couple of days after being unpacked (which I was prepared for), but happy that we didn't have to put up with that. It's early days, but if this mattress is anything like the other mattress-in-a-box we bought for the spare room a few years back, I'm quite confident that it will last longer than our previous Australian-made Sleepmaker. I'd recommend a Zzz Atelier mattress to anyone.Purchased in August 2021 at eBay for $298.50.

Great Mattress, Definitely worth every cent of my money!
This mattress is one of my best choice of purchase in the last 2 years. Considering the price point I did not expect a very high quality mattress such as this, which is extremely comfort and supportive for my sleep. The quality of this mattress is better than my old mattress which I spent more than $1500 in a physical mattress store. nly this brand as no metal structure can be used at the edge of the mattress in order to be able to rolled it up in a box. I weight 95kg and had the mattress for close to 2 years now and it is still pretty much very close to the condition when I newly had it, with a very mild body impression developed which has not cause any issue to my sleep comfort. I bought this from the company outlet store for slightly above $300 in 2017 and I think it worth every cent of my money! I would have no reservation in recommending this mattress to everyone who I knows given the exceptional value and quality.Purchased in May 2021.

So happy with this mattress
One office co-workers recommended me to purchase this mattress, insisting that it was the best mattress he ever bought. Despite my skepticism I still ended up buying 1 during their 20% off promo event. Price was way too attractive.

o firm for me fresh out of box. It did become slightly softer after a while. The good thing about this mattress is the support it delivers. I used to suffer from mild back pain. Ever since I started on this mattress the pain is gone. 2 years down the track it is still great, still giving me painless and refreshing sleep day after day. In terms of durability it is probably a little too early for me to be certain. After all I have only used it for 2 years. No sagging to date and all 3 mattresses still going great. Good customer service
Bought one of these after trying one as a guest bed, and was surprised at how comfortable it was. After a short while I had a sagging problem with the mattress and initially believed it was not suitable to support my (110kg weight). I spoke to ZZZ support and accept their view that it is most likely the bed base that has resulted in the sagging. With an appropriate bed base, I think it could be a great mattress. Amazing Mattress!!
I was very wary about buying a mattress in a box online as I've read very mixed review on them. After doing a lot of research I've decided to take my chance on atelier's mattress as they are of very affordable price, with a backup plan that I could use it as a guest mattress if it doesn't work out suitable for me.

The zoning of the mattress also suits me and my wife very well as it supported different part of our body very well. I initially thought the wife wouldn't like this as she always prefers a soft/ plush mattress, where I prefer a little firmer one. To my surprise she thinks this mattress is great too and we both now found a mattress where both of us enjoy sleeping on it! Never slept better for a long time before purchasing this!
I bought this mattress in 2016 and have never regretted on this purchase. I'd never imagined being able to sleep so well on a mattress at such an affordable pricing. As compared to my old mattress, not only this mattress support my body very well, it also minimize partner disturbance that I do not wake up in the night due to my partner's movement anymore. The feeling of sleeping on this mattress is like sleeping on the cloud, where it is soft on top and supportive underneath.
After having this for 3 years now I would have no reservation in recommending this mattress as I have got very good sleep ever since I started using this.

Bought this mattress back in 2017 when I was troubled by persistent back pain. Before this I bought another mattress on eBay from another seller, but it was no good. he Atelier team every single night ever since I started using it. Mattress can be quite an individual thing, and would not always suit everybody. But for me this mattress has been nothing but a blessing. I weight 76kg and my partner about 95kg. After close to 2 years using it the mattress is still going strong. The comfort layer become a bit softer after 2-3 months of use, no sign of sagging thus far. Honestly, I'm not sure if it will indeed last its 15 year warranty period. To me it doesn't really matter anymore. This thing cost only $350! Even if it breaks down tomorrow, for me it would have been one of the best $350 ever invested. Best choice of purchase I've ever made!!
I purchased 3 of this mattresses in queen size when we moved into our new place as part of this seller Boxing Day sales in Dec 2018, and have been extremely happy with my purchase. The mattress which I have slept on has improved my sleep by leaps and bounds since I started using them. The other 2 mattresses were used by my housemates and they are also extremely happy with it. We have used this mattresses for more than half a year now and it is still going strong and supporting as new.
I would not hesitate to recommend this mattress to everything around me, and in fact has recommended this to many of my friends.

I initially had a little concern about the mattress becoming slightly softer after 1 - 2 months used (which also happens on my previous 2 mattresses in a box of other brands which was significantly more expensive than this). To get my peace of mind, I've approached the manufacturer and they have explained to me that this is the stage of mattress break-in process, and there is not need to be too wary about it. After owning the mattress for close to 1.5 years now I definitely would concur with the that as the mattress do not consider to become softer after the stage of break in, and it remains very comfortable to be sleeping on it. This is particularly obvious when I have to travel for work and sleep in a hotel for a short period of time where their mattress is no where as comfortable as this mattress I have at home.Purchased in December 2021 for $347.60.

Absolute the best choice

awesome mattress i love it
I work at meat factor and most people know that’s a lot of hard labour. I have to maintain the same, often the ergonomically unfriendly posture for extended period of time. My back feels sore most of the time. To my pleasant surprise, something different happened when I change to this new mattress. This mattress provides very good support for my back. I also feel my back muscles finally getting the good relief it deserves after I started to sleep on this mattress. I have been having very refreshing sleep after I started to use this mattress. I am so pleased I took a gamble to purchase it.
