Great set up & ride!
I just did an adventure race on my new bike on the weekend. The bike went well. The set up worked really well. Good control downhill when you wanted to pick up the pace & really good traction on the climbs. The more you ride the better the response as you adjust to this great set up. Get the right balance when you are in the right gear & you get a great responsive ride. After deliberating over which bike to go for the guys at bicyclesonline have certainly put me onto a winner. Great set up. Shimano Deore XT set up at a value price. Fox shocks are good.
It takes a little getting used to after riding an old hardtail. Better & more enjoyable with every ride.

Awesome bike at a great price
Ive had this bike since September and I am really happy with it. I got this to replace my hard tail for mostly single track riding around the Northern Beaches. I've ridden a Giant Trance X1 quite a lot and I prefer the Polygon and it's close to $1000 cheaper. Especially given the fact that the Pologon has a Deore XT front dérailleur (and rear) whilst the Giant only has an ST. I have only had to adjust the gears once and ridding the dam in the current weather has been punishing!!

no issues. I recently had it serviced at my local bike shop (I stuffed the chain on a rock - the Pologon chain tool works a treat as well! - always ride with a multitool and an iPhone so you can fix anything!) and when I picked it up I asked what they thought and all the staff were very impressed and said the build quality was good and that it was all top shelf components. If this is your first dual suspension bike remember that you have to set up the shocks for your body weight and the type of ridding you do. So if you don't know how to do this jump on google and learn also any new bike has to be adjusted after the first couple of rides so again its a great opertunity to learn to do this yourself or else take it to your local bike shop and let them help you. If they give you attitude about not buying from them go to a new shop, just because you didn't buy a bike from them doesn't make you a bad customer you're still going to need servicing and parts so find someone who wants your business. Plenty of shops do! Top shelf components, well built, looks great, way cheaper than the competition. Could have better user manual... but there is always google.

Great, Quick light bike,
I upgraded from a Specialized Hardrock as I'd ridden it to destruction. The Collosus is an awesome bike. Been out for a fair few rides and it’s been really good.
Really quick, very responsive and the rear suspension setup really grips. The proride function on the new Fox RL32's really makes the bitumen riding easier as you're not fighting the bob of the suspension. A quick flick and you're back to full sag.

ite to my liking but I used to use fat Oury's so downsizing was a little weird at first. Not sure on the weight (Maybe 12kg?) but comes in a lot lighter than my old hardtail. Great setup at an awesome price, running gear is well specced out. Unsure of choice of tires at this stage, grips not to my preference
