Aliexpress do not want its customers to make any personal contact to get resolution
I purchased a product off the Ali Web with a colour yellow - I received the colour red. The evidence of my purchase -a screen shot of the purchase information clearly showed the colour yellow - Ali said the Seller said the colour code I chose was red on his shop site - Ali clearly did not look at its own ad and confirm my evidence - Aliexpress is not contactable my any other means than their incomprehensible web processes they live behind an impenetrable wall - no email no Australian representative. I would not recommend buying anything from them

do not trust their " free item if not delivered in time
dreadful, when it says" if your item is not delivered by the date given, your item is free," do not accept their garbage, they keep extending the delivery date so they don't have to stick to their word. absolutely unethical, my parcel delivery " protection" has been extended by over 2 months without my input. avoid at all costs.

Free delivery is free because they do not deliver anything. They also do not provide courier information for free delivery, and they do not resolve the disputes. Its either a roll of dice for whether you will receive your parcel, or whether you will be able to use the bad quality item.

AliExpress is much more reliable than Amazon!
When ordering from AliExpress just know your items are coming from China and accept that delivery to Australia will be slow - at least 2-3 months.
However - the same is often true of Amazon, except a) they don’t tell you that and b) their prices are SOOO much higher!
I have used AliExpress for years. Their products are considerable cheaper by buying direct from China and most stores offer free (albeit slow) delivery. Best of all if you have a problem with a faulty product (which is rare, and understandable given the volumes they deal with) most...Read more

Customer service is a robot. Website sends you in circles. I was unable to find or receive help with a lost order.
Order not found. Communication not facilitated. Customer Service was a robot. Goods not received 5 weeks after payment was made. I am very dissatisfied and frustrated with the time I spent trying to get answers about my order.

Customer service trash. Ordered twice, both times items never arrived. AliExpress refused to give refund.
Quality of products were very bad. Shipping time more than a month. Small variety of products. I don't advise buying anything from AliExpress chances are your items won't arrive or will arrive in bad form.

Good platform for cheap goods, buyer disgression required
You have to be smart when buying on Aliexpress.
- Check reviews of seller and the item you want to buy from other buyers.
- You get what you pay for
- Yes, buyer protection is almost non-existent, but reputable sellers do come through
- Don't expect on going support, again reputable seller does better than flash sellers
- Expect some sellers to just disappear, stick with reputable sellers with high rating
- Be prepared to wait for the good to arrive.
I think you get the theme here. ...Read more
Is it a user friendly site? Not really. Key work search can return too many items, and sometimes it's hard to find the same item again via the same search. Will it save you money, yes if you are careful of who you buy from. Should you buy big expensive items? I wouldn't. Are you going to get counterfeit goods, possibly, but only looks like the real thing, the chinese gov is cracking down so the title/description is unlikely to use the actual brand name. Personal experience, I ordered a resin model in late Feb 2020 (mid covid19), it arrived mid May.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Company supports its dodgy suppliers and not interested in customer disputes
I wanted to purchase some wheel center caps and confirmed with supplier that the center logos come with them. They said yes and confirmed with a picture. Goods arrived without logo's. Supplier admitted mistake, said they would post. Then it was just lies and they shutdown any communication. Such an obvious issue and Aliexpress were useless and clearly back theses dodgy suppliers. Also it is near impossible to communicate with them, just the way they like it. My advice look anywhere else to purchase, the stress of these grubs is not worth it.

AliExpress incommunicado
My son spent $75 on an item which has not arrived almost 3 months later. Numerous messages and questions have all been completely ignored. Parcel tracking indicates the item was returned to China by Australia Post more than a month ago (no idea what the reason was), but without being able to communicate with anyone it seems impossible to arrange for compensation or to have it re-sent.

i don’t recommend Them Someone needs to shut them down
I ordered 5 items and 2 months later I still haven’t received anything When I tried to contact them I get no response
I ordered similar items from eBay coming from China just like on AliExpress and got them about 3 weeks later?
So I guess I have been scammed
I don’t recommend using them as I never received any of my items from AliExpress

Forget it. Don't use. Bad customer support, bad websites, nothing works
I placed an order, got a confirmation (05/05/20), and never heard of it after that. Order number culd not be traced, since it was invalid. Login to user account never worked, because apparently "We have noticed an unusual activity in your account..." and getting a new password never worked. I tried several different browsers. So I lost quite a sum due to not even being able to login or contact somebody. I don't expect I'll see any product, or money back. Strongly recommend not to use AliExpress. If you can't get an item elsewhere, chances may n...Read more
ot be good to get it from there either. And btw: they activate a motion tracker in your browser. That's probably to get the "slide" function running, but nothing works anyway. I learned my lesson and will NEVER go there again.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

This may indeed be a COVID SCAM.
This company seems to now be trading as Fuxinchen Trading Company on Facebook under Discount-shop-1, and the comments and questions here match the AliExpress.com to perfection. Fuxinchen Trading Company Limited does not exist, neither do the only three reviews on one product they're advertising for across many which link you to the shop site. The reviews are apparently from people who have no social media profiles matching the reverse photo search - one doesn't even exist.
Those on the FB page who have the stepper ignore questions about simply ...Read more

Don't do it, just do not do it !
Most if not all reviews are fake. You may get by with 1 purchase, but odds are they will steal your money, buyer protection is a lie, their product description is a lie, store reviews are lies.
You were warned, don't cry about it.

A platform of scammers
Shopped with aliexpress briefly, bought something expensive from a store with supposed good reviews (which as I now understand were accomplished by "brushing" - they buy their own goods and leave themselves positive reviews and then scam people until their rating tanks and then repeat the scam again) - only to find that they swapped out my expensive item for something much smaller and less expensive, demanded that I ship it at my cost back to them. This, as it turns out, is a common shipping scam. Their customer service are friendly but useless and their dispute team sided with the scammer. Don't shop there under any circumstances! At least don't spend any money with them that you cannot afford to lose.

Zero customer protection. they won't refund you for defect items.
I used Aliexpress for years until I got a defect item and opened a case with uploading evidence. Then Aliexpress closed it by seller's favour. They only care about sellers.

Aliexpress and zonestar - cannot claim partial refund over 8 months
Aliexpress pass the ball around, neglect customer, ignore proofs putting dispute into black hole.
Seller, zonestar stopped replying, denied agreements.
3D-Printer-Hotend NOT-WORKING, claimed last Oct-2019, 13 DISPUTES, STILL NO-GO

Aliexpress.com is cheating with feedback ratings
During past years I bought several products at aliexpress.com. My advice is to stay clear of this online website as their rating scores are completely unreliable. It is impossible to leave negative feedback. Each time you get a message: "system is busy! Please try again 10 minutes later."
I tried for days submitting feedback using different browsers and even a VPN connection. They block negative feedback no matter what you try. Terribly bad business practices.

I got 1.6$ where is other 26$ you owe me as the website said full refund

You'll NEVER see your money. Like numerous others have said, Aliexpress actively aids and abets criminal activities by the sellers on it's site. The disputes process is a complete joke. There ARE some great sellers who give brilliant service, but basically you pay your money and HOPE.
Good Luck with that and do not deal with them again. They deliberately make it difficult to get a refund and keep promising to send item. I have given up and put it down to experience. And I don't give up easily. Being going on for 2 months now. Just a waste of my time!
You should ask for refund by their team, chat or email. I have faced many times problems and anytime Aliexpress has intercepted and has fixed problems.

Is there a way I can ask for non plastic packaging when ordering from Ali express?

Personally, I don’t think so.
You will be lucky to receive your item let alone your request. Give it a try.
yes. before you pay for product you have the opportunity to send the seller a message.
