Worst staff and customer service
Worst auction ever, worst staff terrible attitude, wouldn't recommend it, paid a lot of fees, they said they would detail the car, I go to pick it up the car wasn't even washed and they lie and say that they had detailed the car..

One Of The Better Auction Houses In Sydney
Read the reviews and felt compelled to add comment. I've bought about 12 cars (for family and friends) in the last 15 years from Alliance and overall the service and vehicles have been really good. Obviously some buys were better than others and I've mainly purchased following inspection on weekends when you can take the cars around the block at least. I cannot buy a car without driving it. I'm reasonably savvy with cars but I've been assisted by the salesmen (if you ask) who even recommended I not buy certain cars. Alliance seem to turnover their salesmen a bit (just when you get to know them) and it's great to see the old heads during my regular weekend inspections (my therapy). Happy buying.

An honest un-biased review.
I was searching a car on Carsales which was listed via this Auction place.
I rang up the salesmen, I spoke to [Name removed]. I asked him the following questions.
"Can you provide a mechanical inspection form"
"Can you provide the spare key"
"Is the car modified in any way"
Basic questions as anyone would ask, all I got replies was

Sold me a defective vehicle.
I was sold a defective vehicle, promised a three month warranty that didn't eventuate, treated like I didn't exist after paying for the vehicle. [Name removed] also lied to me about bidder registration fees after the car was advertised on Carsales.com.au. Shady operators - steer clear.

Bought 2 cars and sold mine at Auction.
Very easy to deal with and I was so happy with the deal I got on the hilux I bought off them, that i put my wife's car through an auction and bought her a new car also. I got very close to the price I wanted for her car and saved a heap on what dealers were selling 2012 Klugers for. I will use them again when the time comes to upgrade.
As for the comments above about things going missing etc, it is clearly stated that the vehicles are left at your own risk. The salesman told me this from word go and also it is on the contract I had to sign. ...Read more
As for warranty, once again it is clearly written on all documents and even signs on the walls. I bought a motor bike from a auction in Newcastle and it was the same. Auctions have no warranty. But this is all made clear before you buy so I don't understand why people give bad reviews when it is all stated before purchase.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Happy, friendly and not pushy
We had an easy purchase, expecting the usual pushy sales, but was very comfortable with them. Easy going and happy so far.

A Great Experience
Last weekend I bought a Hyundai i30 for my son from Alliance Auctions, and saved $3000.00 under what the dealers were wanting, very good service and very happy with the car I bought.

Terrible dodgy place
Was after a fixed price car from them. The salesman told me no warranty for the car and I have to pay administration fee even I buy a fixed price car. This is a place does not follow laws and try to rip people off.
