Travis Stanley is always encouraging, attentive and personable whenever we meet with him. He has an incredible attention for detail and is highly professional but approachable in the way he works with us. We always feel like he's on our team when he makes suggestions or gently nudges us towards our financial goals. Travis is persistent in explaining processes to us and is always patient when we need more explanation. He is definitely passionate about his work, which is made apparent in the way he seems excited for our financial future. Meeting with him always leaves us optimistic about our goals. We recently engaged Karen from ASP to go through all of our insurances. I couldn't believe how poor our existing policies were! Due to the complexity of all the policies, it was great to have Karen's expertise and we now have policies far more appropriate. This is an absolute must for everyone. I have been a customer of ASP for several years and have been dealing with Trent Bell for the last few. He has been instrumental in ensuring all components of our financial plan worked for us, taking into consideration life goals, current circumstances and often dealing with tricky and technical situations. We have been customers at ASP since they were WPS in the mid-2000s. Our initial experience was far from satisfactory but they immediately made it up to us in spades after apologising for their error. We have had a number of advisors since then but Adam and now Travis have looked after us for the last ten years. It's a one-stop shop for us; with advisers, real estate investment and tax all in one handy location. Travis understands us and what we're looking for in the future and works quickly to manage changes to our situation. Probably not the cheapest but well worth the price we pay - we saved three times what we paid in fees in the first year!

Recently I experienced an issue with the set up of my above insurances. I contacted Trent Bell and he acted with a great sense of urgency to have this rectified. He kept me in the loop almost daily and he was very clear and concise in his emails to me and on the phone. This was extremely helpful as I was about to go on leave out of the country for a number of weeks so needed it resolved quickly. Trent Bell is very customer focussed and in all my dealings with him I have found him to be clear and concise.
