Warning do not buy from this shop - I purchased a pram liner which took over 5 weeks to arrive, i followed them up after three weeks (as this was the timeframe on their website for purchases), they apologized for the delay & assured i'd have it within a week as I had ordered it for my daughters Christening which I had advised them. It never arrived, I emailed & facebooked the company without a response and had to go out and buy another liner for my daughters christening, i sent message asking for a full refund as now I have had to purchase 2 pram liners and never got any response, then receive my order 6 days later. This is totally unacceptable, word of mouth is what makes or breaks a company.

What a beautiful little Australian business. I found Audrey and Me on Instagram, and I love the fact that we're able to support local businesses like this; especially ones where the products are all so lovingly hand made. I bought a whole bunch of their dribble bibs and a beanie for my son. You can really tell that the girls at Audrey and Me really care about their customers and their products.

I purchased a pram liner (custom fit for my pram), a beanie and mile stone cards. They are amazing the pram liner fits perfectly, and the other items are adorable I love them!
Yes communication takes more than 5min to reply but it is a business and they are real people you can't expect them to sit at a computer and look at their phones all day to check if they have mail!
Anyway the items where worth the wait! And I will definitely buy from Audrey & Me again!

Ordered my pram liner almost a month ago, and allowed 3 weeks to go by before politely emailing to enquire the eta as I'd heard nothing at all from them. Got no response at all. Tried emailing them again-still waiting for an answer! After reading similar experiences on here I'm not feeling confident I'll ever receive what I've paid for!

I found Audrey and Me via a friend on Facebook and am so glad that I did. I had actually just bought another liner at the local store and immediately traded it out for this one! :)

Rather than just being a 'one size fits all' liner, they actually custom made it to fit my pram perfectly. I really appreciate the correspondence they sent me, I felt like we worked together the whole way and then they checked in with me just today to ask if I was happy with the fit and I am! I have a babyzen yoyo, so it's a really tricky fit.

I just stopped by to say how happy I was with my liner! I would absolutely recommend Audrey and Me. The customer service was outstanding. I made a mistake with my order and wanted to change it, they fixed it and refunded the difference within 15 minutes of me asking :)

The hand written note and little gift they included has just adorable. Oh and the liner fits my pram perfectly!

This is a beautiful little business, they were always polite and prompt with their correspondence. Their website is easy to navigate and their products are all lovely. I had a baby shower last weekend and was desperate for a gift. I let them know my predicament and they were lovely and helpful. My baby gift box was on its way the very next day and was a complete hit at the shower. Everything was beautifully handmade and there was a little note for the new mum. Would recommend.

I am also disappointed with the poor service. Being fairly new to purchases online I accidentally processed my order for a pram liner twice meaning I would receive 2 of the same pattern. I sent several emails asking to change the pattern of my second liner rather than the hassle of trying for a refund. I have not received a response and have now received a confirmation email letting me know they have been shipped meaning I have paid a fair amount of money for 2 of the same thing! Very unhappy and have waited several weeks to receive these!

OMG, I received an Audrey and Me pram liner from my mother in law for my baby shower and it was the most beautiful packaging I've ever seen. A beautifully crafted little bundle tied with string complete with a hand written note and everything!

The four star review is just because I didn't deal with the ordering process myself, but the product itself deserves 5 stars! :)

I bought a 3 pack of bandana bibs and I really liked them, nicely made and very cute. I also bought a pram liner for my city select and it fits perfectly so I'm very happy with that. They also sent me a gift for sending my photo into their facebook page. Overall I'm very happy and would recommend.

The website was pretty and easy to use, I had some questions about my fabric options and they wrote back to my email the same day. They were really helpful.

I ordered a pram liner for my Baby Jogger Duo from audreyandme.com.au after a friend shared a competition on FB and I couldn't be happier. I bought the blue floral print by April Rhodes and the quality is excellent. The print was exactly as advertised. It arrived 3 days after I ordered it.
