yes we do have the Nikon D5600 two lens Kit in stock. At present we offer Bank transfer only as payment method.
Anita, they can't take anything but bank transfer because they're not an Australian company. Please buy from your local Australian retailer, or from a reputable online Australian retailer. This company is deceptive (with the exception of the fact that its customers are in Australia, there's NOTHING Australian about it!!).

Hi there, I want to purchase the DJI Mavic Pro for my husband. Just a question regarding payment, Is bank transfer the only option for purchase?
Also just with delivery, I may not be home when the item is delivered does your courier leave a collection slip in my mailbox so I can pick it up from the post office?

Dear Ashaya,
we accept only bank transfer for payments above $1000. The courier will leave a note when you are not home. We will also provide the tracking number when the Mavic Pro has shipped.
Ashaya, they only take bank transfer because it's not an Australian company. Your husband's Mavic won't come with an Australian warranty, and is backed in no way by DJI Australia. If there are any issues, the drone will have to be returned to Hong Kong - a process that will take many weeks. Please consider buying from an Australian retailer who can support you and help you with any warranty claims.

Just wondering if any one has been able to speak with these guys over the phone? I did just before the purchase and not one of my phone calls have been answered since (6 per day). I am yet to receive my tracking number which was promised to me last week. Having grave concerns. Ordered a mavic pro.

Hello Jason,
we have upgraded your order to the Mavic Pro Combo which will ship shortly.
You can't speak with them because they're not in Australia! You won't find this info anywhere on their website, but they are not an Australian company. They are a grey importer, sending your orders from Hong Kong. These products aren't covered by DJI Australia's warranty, so any warranty repairs will have to be done in Hong Kong. Again, Bernie won't tell you this up front...
Let the buyer beware- there's very little margin in official DJI Australia products. So, when you see things for what seems to be amazingly-cheap online, it's because it's coming from overseas. Support Australian retailers, and you'll be rewarded by better pre-and-post sales support.

I just bought a Phantom 4 Pro + off them $3k plus purchase and it all went perfectly. I was a little concerned at first as i hadn't heard of them but there were no issues at all.... i did a google search for reviews and they had plenty of happy customers.

Hello Mikee,
the Mavic is in stock and ships the next business day after your payment has cleared. Delivery takes usually 2-3 business days to Metro areas and 5-6 business days to remote or outlying areas.
I really hope you didn't go with this supplier, they are not an Aus company as their name implies, be very wary of dealing with them.

Hi Max, there will be NOTHING Australian about the warranty, depending on the item you are having difficulty with, Aus-Cameras is a Grey Import re-seller, ALL items will be returned to the manufacture(mostly Asia) and you WILL have to wait. I'm my experience with a warranty claim through Aus-Cameras, there was NOTHING 'Efficient" about it. In fact, I would struggle to see how it could be harder..

Just got an update at late night after few emails during the day which never answer. your store said they did not ship because the truck broke down? how? and they cant ship today (Thursday) because your warehouse is close because of holiday? as you mention above ^^^ (Wednesday or Thursday). Surely there is no public holiday In Melbourne besides labor day on Monday. Your site say 1-3 days after payment cleared and for my order I paid Sunday and cleared by Monday, Now its taken almost 4 days counting and probably more by the sound of it. Why it cant be ship last Tuesday? Every time I ring and i give the lady the order number she seems she doesn't know what going on and hardly to understand. Imagine if I asking for help or warranty etc... I'm gonna ask you guys to refund me if order doesn't ship today as you said above ^^

I have been checking Auscamera web site and saw no updates. It seems communication is a problem here. Bernie does answer questions but is not proactive when there are problems. After investing up front for the Mavic, you would think he would be more understanding.
