I just want to know how can you get to be cheaper than the direct supplier? DJI Phantom Pro 3 with extra battery on DJI website for $1799 and you are selling it for $1399. It may be a silly question, I'm just curious... It sounds to good to be true.

Hi! I just ordered a Phantom 3 Professional from aus-cameras and got an email alert about it being shipped from Hong Kong. My question has to do with duty and taxes on products coming in from overseas. Will my parcel be held by customs when it lands in Australia and I be expected to pay any additional duty or taxes on it?
Not sure on that one Shahab. You would be better off contacting Aus-Cameras directly. They are always quick to reply to a query.
I tried calling them many times on two different days at different business hours and left a message but no one came back to me. I thought asking a question here may catch their attention.
Hi Shahab mine went through ok had no problem. Bernie works late I had response from e mail as late as 9pm. Your tracking number should tell you where it is.
