Is it possible to find a replacement filter and filter cap for WH8560J1 from anywhere? Ours seem to be stuck and when we removed it last time we found that the band around it has become stiff.

The drum clean light has illuminated - I have done 3 drum cleans but it remains illuminated every time I turn the machine on and now I can't select the Cotton setting.

So I cleaned out everything hose filter where U put washing then in where U put detergent still flashing won't let me do a drum load or anything turned on power off on then to do cycle it just won't move or go to anything else ???

Have a fisher & paykel quicksmart machine WH8560J1. Door is open. Seems the door lock will not release to enable door to be closed. If you press the start button with the door open the cycle will start as if the door is closed. Any help to reset or ideas would be a big help?

My machine keeps saying error 37 I have checked and cleaned the pump filter but it isnt dirty and there are no foreign objects. The pump will not drain. Despite the filter being clean. It’s only just come out of warranty and I don’t want to spend a great deal of money on it?? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I cant press any of the buttons on my washing machine and the drum light is flashing and so is the start/pause button. I can turn the dial to the drum clean option and thats it. The keylock light is not on either. Any help?

Washing machine gets to the end of the wash cycle and is about to do a spin and waits with the error, " reminder, push load down" at the end of each cycle.
It's really annoying as it never completes a wash without intervention.
It does this regardless of the number of garments in the washer.
Any help?

Our machine is overflowing out of where you put the powder and softener in have pulled apart and cleaned the pipe out but still continues to do it. It’s like there’s too much water going in could it be the computer board is stuffed?
