My first order after one month still haven't received contact and customer service after 3 days which replaced and resend via express post now still waiting on order and haven't received which was 5 days ago

We took the chance on a manufactured reconditioned apple watch. It arrived in pristine condition complete with band and charger. The charger took all day to gain any charge. A call to the service Department, very pleasant and helpful, and a new charger was on its way. In the mean time we bought another charger to make sure it was the charger and not the watch. The new charger made all the difference. Charges in a couple of hours and the charge lasts all day.
The Apple watch is easy to use and provides access to the iphone. It is not used for fitness, just to make sure calls and texts are not missed while the iphone is in the hand bag. It even takes calls and you can view pictures in full colour.

Initially I wrote: "The reviews on this site are written by them. The one genuine review is the 1 star. I ordered an ipad mini, didn't receive it, their email bounces back and their number is disconnected." After I wrote this review, I then got a phone call from them, apologising for the late shipment, that the product I had ordered wasn't available but they upgraded me to the next version of the iPad at no cost and the ipad arrive today. So they did resurrect themselves, but I am still slightly scared because of the initial experience!

Ordered an apple ipad am still waiting 9n response to 3 emails as had not received certified australian wall charger in box. As decribed in box of contents when placed order.

brought a phone arrived very fast but it did not work properly so I had to send it back . then I got an email saying a replacement would be sent . a couple of days later I hadent heard anything so I call them again and get told they would sort it out and they would get back to me at the end of the day . 5 minutes before they close I had not heard from them so again I call them to be told they now won't have an answer till after the week end . DO NOT trust this company they don't care about customers once they have your money

It was very easy to find what I wanted at a very competitive price. It arrived very quickly. I found after a few days, it didn't work very well after it had been on for a few minutes. The screen went stripy and the picture disappeared. I returned it with the warranty, they fixed it, replaced the screen which had a scratch and it now works perfectly. I love it! It was a very smooth transaction with no hassles at all! Highly recommend.
