I ordered 1 x 3 Sarah Mia bras value pack on 22/2/20 after they had advertised the bras on TV. Took my money $109.90 but didn't hear back from Global Shop Direct until I contacted them a month later on 21/3/20 regarding not receiving the bras. I was informed that the bras would not arrive until the 3rd week of May and the order would be dispatched soon after that.
I requested a refund which I received.
I have purchased other items from this company previously which took months to arrive because they sell items which they do not have in stock and do not indicate this at the time of sale.

all part are put together as per the instructions
it says to just push the safety switch which i have done but nothing happens

I purchased the bionic trimmer for my elderly husband. RUBBISH RUBBISH so product my husband just binned it. Now I am on a pension and I am running short of finances because of this company. I thought I was buying something to make life easier for him.

Still have air frier but the basket shaft is to short keep slipping!!!! Not worth the money still paying it off! Sewing machines didn't last 5min!!!! wallets crap!! leaver on sherdder sucken snaped but works well if you have 3 hands!!!

Why pay $50 then $10 for postage when you can get it from Aust Post for $19.95. Same machine! I will never purchase anything from Global, their prices should be brought to the attention of Fair Trading.

After purchasing Bionic Trimmer that was totally useless I returned within 2 days by registered post, posted to them by the post mistress as I had an accident that following day and lost the receipt but being registered it would have been returned to me by australia post if it had not been delivered to them, they have refused to refund me this money this company is rubbish and should be avoided at all costs.

I bought a NuBrilliance MyFlexibleMirror for a gift. Recipient attached it to the bathroom tile wall, following instructions given. 5 minutes later, heard a crash and it had fallen off the wall on to the tiled floor. The mirror didn't break, because it's PLASTIC! We picked up the pieces, put them together and attached the unit to a wall. Again, one nudge and it fell off. In other words, don't buy! It's a load of rubbish in a fancy box.

Please be aware you can't contact them direct the number is based in the Philippines
And i was told they can't contact them they have to send requests all the time

Purchased a faulty line trimmer that didn't work, returned for refund, cost me $18.95 to return. Had to chase refund, minus original post & handling, faulty product !! Still waiting for refund!!

Bought the Click and Brush and had to return because it was terrible. It was just like glue. Some of it peeled off immediately, and the rest left big sticky clumps that was really hard to remove even with acetone. I called the customer service to return and the lady suggested I keep it and give to someone else to try! Still waiting to receive my refund over 3 weeks since returning.

Products rubbish at high cost and do not work as said they do, just junk. Return at own cost and in original condition, as if when used and found junk.

Terrible company to deal with. Will not respond to emails, wait times on phone are upwards of 30 minutes then the call is terminated, refuse to refund. Do not buy from their stores.

Absolutely no customer service available. Was having trouble assembling a product and rang the customer service phone line, ha ha customer service non existent told me google YouTube. They sell and endless supply of useless products and will never be conned again.

I rang and ordered the glass / window cleaner as advertised on tv, 17 Dec 2022 here it is 8 January 2020 and no goods received. However they can extract money from your bank account very quickly just a pity they can't deliver as quick. They also have very poor communication skills don't reply to e mails.
No email received to confirm the order only a order number given over the phone at the time of ordering.

Don't buy anything from here as I bought a product that didn't work. When i returned the product at my own expense i didnt receive a refund. Don't throw away your money!
