Domacom Account
I am going through the process of setting up a Domacom account to invest in NDIS
Bill has been doing it and so far it has been fairly easy. I just need to go through the application to ensure it is all fine and get it back to Bill to progress.
Finally was able to get started on new investment
It all started in Aug 21 when asked to invest. Don't know if it was on my side by finally getting somewhere now Jan 22. Today was an easy process with Victor Elcheikh.
How can I get a refund of my fee that has been promised week after week
I subscribed to Australian Stock Report on the understanding and a promise in writing that my subscription ($1000) fee will be refunded if I was not completely satisfied with the service provided with in a 30 day trial period. After many calls and emails informing them, within the 30 day trial period, that I wish to cancel my subscription no refund has been received. It has been many weeks that I have been promised that the refund is being processed and I should received it in a couple of days. A couple of days have passed many times but there is no refund in my bank account.
Is Australian Stock Report a reputable company??
I wonder how many people have been assured of refunds but have been treated as I have been,

Hopeless money grabbing no service
I subscribed to Halo and Part but i could not get someone from the staff the company to help me instal and use Halo
Every time I contact staff they say “this is not my area”
Part is supposed to be an SMS service with a recommended Buy or Sell at a price
I got one notification in 4 month to buy at a price which the share exceeded by the time i was notified
All the company is interested to sell you new products without any support

Very satisfactory service
Since our inception with ASR and teething problems. getting established service and follow up has been mediocre, however since Mr Harrison Mu took over our case it has been a pleasure to be guided by his expertise and willingness to assist us in every possible way and not be left waiting for results. Mr. Mu has always returned our telephone calls. As may be understood that as 83 year old's, we appreciate that we may take longer to handle the complexities of sophisticated computer platforms that have been constantly upgraded.

Excellent intro to the ASR Crypto report
I recently subscribed to the ASR Crypto reports and I was delighted to get a call from Chris on 11th Nov & then from Harrison on 12th Nov to walk me through your crypto reports and answer all the questions I had re your reports. While I had not asked for the calls, both the calls were indeed welcome as both Chris & Harrison were extremely courteous and very knowledgeable and provided me with a better understanding of the info in these reports. Thanks Chris & Harrison - I am looking forward to starting my crypto journey with ASR & your team.
Excellent product and service, would highly recommend
I have been a member with ASR for around 12 months now, using their system HALO, along with a few other subscriptions for Crypto investing. What a great 12 months it has been throughout. The product is great, the advice is professional and the after service remains consistent. I receive invitations every now and again into free webinars to help improve my portfolio, which is very helpful, in this ever changing market.

ASR and Halo
We are only relatively new to ASR and Halo but have found Halo to be a program that give us a very good understanding of our portfolio. The daily and weeekly emails we receive also keep us uptodate with AUS and international shares enabling us to make decisions quicker from the information supplied. We have mainly dealt with Khaled El-Katateny, Bill Vu-Tran, Brendan Kaihe, Whitney Carabott and Harry Humphrys and they have all been patient, understanding and informative with our questions etc about ASR and Halo
Some advisors at ASR are responsive and have patience
Curt Gosow has been helpful in introducing me to the shares in US Market. I like his openness and patience. His suggestions from time to time have reaped me rewards in the US market sometimes defying the suggestions of Halo. I continue to thank him for the suggestion we discussed about an Australian share PNI while discussing share market in general.

At first I was hesitate to joint because I was told the same thing by many other people, but they never delivered their promises. after I had the second thought I decided to joint Australian stock report, two months on I found that Warren is the person you can trust. the support Warren gave me is a lot more than he promised. any time I have any questions Warren always answers my phone call and solve the problems for me.

We are in touch with each other approx. once a week (sometimes more) with Daniel giving advice on what stocks to buy and sell and over the past 10 months my portfolio has changed quite a lot. I deal in the US market and the returns are very good. Daniel is a great guy to deal with, always positive and very knowledgeable in his field, and always responds to my calls within one hour and generally a few minutes which is quite outstanding in dealing with a client.

I have been a customer of ASR for approx 11 months and was fortunate enough to have been allocated Archie King as my advisor. I have subscribed to a number of similar services and had offers for hundreds of others. It is rare to get the level of professionalism and tools that have already paid for themselves. I am very happy with the service.

Excellent products, services and people
We are new customer to ASR and couldn't be more delighted to be working with our advisor Rob Norman who is an absolute gun. As a retail investor we were attracted to ASR because of their excellent reputation in market, but also the abilities of the Halo and Macrovue trading platforms. The support teams have been wonderful during the onboarding and training phase. Rob has been instrumental in building our portfolio and has guided us soundly with our investment strategies. We have A family trust, a self managed super and utilise ASR to power all of trading activity.
Quality Service and Broad Coverage
I have had a subscription for the last 18 months and and I must say it has allowed me to broaden my understanding of investing and given me a greater understanding on global markets and trends to watch. The weekly Podcast is a must listen for me.
Hanya Abbasszadeh and Australian Stock Wealth
I have not been working with Hanya and ASW for long but I find the work they do is very informative, professional and I am well briefed. There is always assistance when I need it.
I actually don't understand how Hanya can help so many clients and keep them all happy but she does this for me.
My knowledge of trading on the International Market is very limited so I need to rely completely on her advice. I look forward to a profitable partnership with both Hanya and ASW.

Fantastic Knowledge and Communication

After signing up with ASR Crypto
After signing up with ASR Crypto yesterday, Harrison phoned me this morning and offered to take me through the basics of ASR CryptoCurrency Report. He spent 47 minutes on the phone explaining to me how Report works and how I should use it. He answered all my questions and as a beginner I feel I now feel confident enough to start trading in the Crypto currencies. He also explained to me services offered by ASR.
How to buy the right shares.

I'm really happy with the service Brendan Kaihie provides. There have been a few issues with me receiving updates which he has followed up and come back to me with the info. He also has helped me with things I didn't understand and has told me about reports I can access to get more information. He is polite, knowledgeable, prompt and very helpful.

Poor Service, over promise, under deliver
I've been an ASR member for many years. ASR are a pressure sales business who continually upsell in order to gain a sticky customer base. Poor and non responsive customer service, little transparency and questionable investment products. Webinars are disguised by ASR as product educational opportunities, however, are little more than another sales pitch to upsell. I do acknowledge that regardless of which service you sign up to and the recommendations made, ultimately, its your decision to buy or not. I've also purchased an ASR Pre-IPO opportunity through AAIG (ASR) which has amounted to $0, a large loss and an ASR trail of smoke and mirrors. Bottom line - save yourself a lot money and frustration by giving ASR a wide berth.
Absolute waste of money. Don't deliver on promises.
I paid for a five year subscription based on promises but the crypto calls even in a bull market and share recommendations are limited and virtually minimal. No value for money. Dissapointed.
Terrible Service
I have been with these guys since mid July....its now the first week of October. I put a complaint on here about lack of service and advice. To their credit, a lovely guy called [Name Removed] rang me to try and retain my subscription. He extended my subscription. I agreed to stay with them but I have not still heard from my personal advisor. I dont even know if i actually have one. I am flying blind and have been unsure what to buy and sell and when. I suggest that everyone sticks with a free advice platform called Hot Copper. Its Australian b

I have been a member since earlier in the year and using their PATS for around five months during which I have made net $191 on over $20k while the All Ords has gone up around 10%, and I did not buy Pointsbet on ethical grounds and it has fallen around 20%. Their other advice has also been poor e.g. sell TLS when $3.35. It then went to $3.80 plus.

I am not an avid stock trader nor do i have the time or patience for such. I have found though working with Peter Rynsaart my client service adviser has enabled me to start at my own pace and without pressure. I have found Peter firstly always answers his phone or calls back promptly, That alone is reassuring.
Looking forwards to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with Peter, Vick Brar and Brendon Kaihe also whom have been exceptionally easy to deal with.
