This is an excellent car seat. Affordable price and easy to install.very comfortable got the child.it comes with a seat protector which protects the car seat. So cool, my baby love travelling around, it is worth for the price and would like to recommend this car seat for any one who is looking for.m
Great car seat
Excellent car seat, easy to install, my son is comfy in it and falls asleep in it. Very easy to adjust. We never used it rear facing but it's quite tall so might not fit in small cars in that position. We got a nice blue colour and it comes with a drink bottle holder which is a good feature to have (could also put toys etc in there). Also was cheap!
Great Car Seat
great car seat. Suited our son when he was a tiny little newborn and 12 months on it's still doing well. Affordable price and extended rear facing is great. Easy to install and use with straps the loosen and tighten with the touch of a button in the front.
Only downside is the little soft plastic clip that holds back the buckles broke 9months later.
Amazing car seat, easy to install
Easy install with three different recline levels when forward facing. Comes with a seat protector to protect the car seats. The belts are easy to move up/down slots and the buckle is easy to move aswell. The only disadvantage is having to take the car seat out to move belts up a slot. Would highly recommend.
Easy and Solid!
We have purchased 2 of these, one for each car. They are awesome, very easy to install and use. The straps tighten/loosen with the simple touch of a button on the front! Just had to move the straps to a higher slot in the seat and I thought it was going to be a mission as with other seats, but it was simple as can be, just threaded the straps through the next level up slot!
Cleaning is easy, just remove the padding and throw it in the washing machine, and drip dry, SIMPLE.
This seat is pretty darn solid, I feel fairly confident that in an accident my little one would be safer in this seat than some of the others that I looked at, at baby bunting.
Great for extended rear facing
Got this seat because of the extended rear facing at a really affordable price. Added bonuses have been that the seat is really slim so I can easily fit three seats across and the colours were appealing to my kids. I like the adjustable head setting, however it does have to be uninstalled and adjusted for the right shoulder height so not great if you need to use the seat for more than one child. The material is soft and breathable but has caught and pilled in a few areas.

Great, easy and long lasting
I have a huge baby! 2 years old 98cm and 17kgs!
This car seat is amazing, we purchased so he could rear face longer and he is still below the markers. He loves the head rest and comfortably sleeps for up to two hours on long car trips. It’s easy to install and use and a lot easier to pull apart and clean then some other car seats.
Great budget car seat
I'm using the Baby Love Ezy Switch for my newborn. She was born a few weeks early and is well supported in the seat, even though she was relatively small (2.3kgs). I use the seat in rear facing mode at the moment and bought it for its ability to be used as an extended rear facing seat.
The harness is easy to use. I haven't bothered using the cup holder that it comes with as there's no point for a newborn but it will be a handy feature when baby is older and in forward facing mode.
The seat was easy to install. I use an exactus clip to make...the seat less likely to move around but this is something I would do with any seat and I'm not saying you need to do this with the Ezy Switch. I haven't had to clean the seat yet so I can't comment on that. My baby looks super comfy in it and her head is well supported by the adjustable head rest. I've recommended this seat to family members who have bought it and loved it.
Easy to install, kids are comfortable, can still rear face my 1mtr tall 3 yo with plenty of room to go! Very affordable compared to other seats on the market. This doesn't have isofix. Comes with cup holders though (we don't use them at all) and I can fit 3 of them across the back of my form mondeo wagon. (Super SUPER tight fit).
Easy to install. Baby likes it
Only recently purchased this item. I have installed it myself. It is fairly easy. Baby seems to like it and is enjoying to have more room now than in its capsule before. It has three star safety rating for rearward facing. However, it only has a one star safety rating when forward facing. We are hoping to use it only in the rearward facing position. We bought it for less than $200. It seems a good product for this pricing. No idea about cleaning and maintenance as I have just installed it
Best seat on the market
Absolutely incredible seat! So easy to install and use rear facing and forward facing. My 19 month old is still happily rear facing and well below the markers. Love the blue hasn't faded at all! Straps are simple to adjust. The extended rear facing is what sold us on the seat along with the price and it has well and truly given us our money worth and will continue too do so. Thankyou babylove
Great price for extended rear facing!
I am very big on extended rear facing in carseats and this seat allows parents to do just that without having to fork out too much money. Regularly see them on sale for under $200. Very comfy, padded seats, easy to install. The only 'negative' is you have to re-thread the straps as the child gets bigger (as opposed to some other seats which automatically adjust when you lift the head rest). But besides that we have been very happy with this seat. We use this seat in out second car and my parents have one too for when the kids visit. My daughter is 3 and still comfortably fits rear facing in it without complaint.
What a bargain!
We went to the baby expo looking for car seat for our coming baby, the lady working in the expo told us babylove car seat as good as the most popular brand, the all made from same factory and the only different is the brand name! We bought it just for try and it works fine and safe, that's all we care!
Great! Easy to clean and maintain
Only used forward facing, so I wouldn't know how taking out a newborn would be. However it seem like a comfortable seat. It is easy to clean and maintain. It doesn't cost much compared to some other brands out there. I love it. Definitely recommend this product to friends and family.
I haven't got much to compare it to
One of my favourite features was the little clips to hold back the buckles in between use but one of them broke within a few months.
Baby seemed comfortable in it from the day we brought her home from the hospital when she was tiny.
Otherwise I haven't got much to compare it to so can't comment on many other specifics.
Difficult to maintain a good install
I was happy that I could get a budget ERF seat for my second child however 3 months in, I wosh I'd paid a bit more for the other brand I considered and have a good history with.
There are some positives definitely, great colours, comfy fabric, easy to access button for harness release.
My main issue is that the rebound bar constantly pops out which affects the installation almost every use. We have tried with and without the use of a towel but neither helps. The rebound bar constantly popping out and moving up and down means you cannot get...
Good Bits but Not the Safest
We bought one for a visiting baby under 1 year old. It looked good in the shop and was on a sharp sale. Attaching the seat belt requires pulling up the upholstery since a typical male hand cannot pass through the channel provided. Not convenient, especially if the seat is used in multiple vehicles. The tether strap is probably as long as any, but is 300mm too short for a hatch with the anchor point on the floor behind the seat. Since there are so many hatches (and SUVs) configured like this it is strange manufacturers make "too short" tethe...rs and sell 300mm extensions for $25-35 extra. This seat has high sides and the front seats in our mid-size SUV and mid-size hatch both need to be near their front limits when this seat is installed in the back rearward facing position. Cleaning (limited experience) has been easy, and easier than a very soft plush fabric. It comes with a messy mat. A towel should be used to protect the seat bottom and back as the messy mat only covers the bottom. The quality of upholstery is good and seems very serviceable, but not great using an adult perception as the metric.. Value seems very good. After buying I found the safety rating that is 3 stars for rearward facing but only 1 for forward facing. All seats sold in Australia have to pass the ANZ standards so it is not clear how much better an additional "star" is, and even some $500 seats are no better safety-wise. In retrospect start with the safety reviews and make a short list.
Questions & Answers
Hi my daughter is expecting her 1st & I am wondering does she need baby capsule w ur seat? Thanks
Hi Zoolina m. Thanks for your question. A baby capsule and a Convertible car seat (birth-4 years approx.) are two different products, and a capsule is used as a travel system between a car and a pram. I recommend visiting a baby retail store or please feel free to contact our consumer support team on 1300 303 330 to so we can further assist you. Kind regards, the Babylove team.

Does the Babylove Ezy Switch have SICT? (Side impact cushion techology - common on newer Britax seats)
Hi Marjorie, thanks for your question. The Babylove range does not have SICT technology however the type of Side Impact Protection technology used in most babylove seats is called AHR which are deep side wings that shield and contain your childs head in a side impact crash as well as a layer of EPS to absorb energy in a crash to reduce potential injury. If you have any further questions, please contact our consumer support team on 1300 303 330. Kind regards, the Babylove team.
