Recently bought items which weren't as described in terms of specs. Discrepancy was blatently obvious even from the product box. Raised it with customer service, to only be offered a token refund which felt like a bargaining process. They weren't even interested in offering free returns. Despite gradually increasing the refund amount, they never took accountability for selling me an item that was basically misrepresented on their site. As mentioned by others, feedback was then moderated. I'll be going to the other competitor sites from now on as trust is gone.

My order 77600896 submitted 2022/12/03 is indicated as "in consegna" from Jan 10 2020 but is not yet been delivered. It is not possible to have any other information about the goods.

Good quality tool. Accurate and solidly made. Exactly what I was looking for - a quick and clean solution to make fast mitre cuts. Has been used plenty of times in the last few days since receiving it.

The product quality is usually as good or better than you might expect for the price, sometimes much better, but the biggest downfall is the postage time.
Most times the postage time is reasonable, but every so often it is terrible.
For example, I am still waiting for delivery of one order made on 26th November 2022, and todays date is 26th January 2020. but generally 2-3 weeks gets you your package.
Because the price & quality is good enough for my purposes, I will continue to use Banggood.

My order number 7890067 of december 29th/2019 was not as I expected. The description note sais (real leather) I received the boots and they are not real leather. So I consider that as a( Fraude ) Since I paid with my credit card I have 30 days for a complete refund. I will be more than glad to send them back.

Order a RC body. Waited 5 weeks and when it got here the box looked like a accordion. Open it and the body was mangled, twisted and no good. SAD

Won’t work in Nova Scotia because won’t read cards. It looks nice but it does need to work. It’s been over a month and can’t get any help or support. I need to return it!

I thought it was great “at first” but I’d never buy anything through this company again.
I purchased 3 ladies tops / shirts, I selected the same size for each, way bigger than usual, 2 fit me “just” ok but 3rd top was way too small to wear. Trying to return the unsuitable item was too difficult as I was questioned about the unsuitability even after giving a thorough description, it was obvious the RETURN process was going to be difficult + I’d have to pay postage for the return...I’ll donate to charity instead.
The sales prices “look” good but in reality the original price is extreme for the actual quality of the article of clothing...I was sucked in by thinking it was a great deal but in fact it wasn’t.

Good range and normally good quality gear for the price. Delivery times on par or better than similar sites. Paypal an advantage too! Find myself using them more often than others.

Took 7 weeks to arrive. I could of walked quicker. Product looks good but yet to try it out. But i can't post a review with less than 30 words. So i am filling ing.
