Bought hover board "Faulty out of box, I asked for money back several times, they insisted they would fix it, they dragged it on for weeks 25-12-18 to 5-2-19 when it arrived back had same issue couldn't charge it up. Again demanded as an australian company they must supply me with new unit or money back as it was faulty from new, they want to start the process again, give it to consumer affairs!

I bought a treadmill, arrived late and missing parts to assemble. Spoke to customer service and they organised to send the missing parts. Took 2 weeks to receive, they literally sent me a couple of bolts. I was still not able to assemble. After another week I received all parts. Manual was not helpful at all. After finally assembling the treadmill the digital display board does not work. I was able to turn on and off but not able to adjust speed, change program etc. I contacted online bargains and they did not respond. eBay finally refunded my money but now I’m stuck with a treadmill that doesn’t work!!!! Worst customer service, horrible product and disgusting company!!!

It's taking a month, to send a part for the bike that came off within 2 weeks of purchase. As long as they get there money there happy, but to help out or asking for refund they don't want to hear about it

The purchase was fine. Received the product did not look like the picture. Tried to return and got very little help and only a rude response. Will never buy from this company again.

They say they deliver Australia wide but blame their chosen courier for not being able to deliver outside of metro areas.

Purchased online. Blackeagle petrol pressure washer. Used in 6 times in 18 mths then discovered all oil leaked out Fake 15 hp rating. Fake Honda engine. No spares. No aftrrsales service. Get told to buy another.
Buyer beware. They sell cheap Chinese rubbish and lack aftersales service. Same ad scammers only they are in Sydney.

i bought a playpen online that was late coming and only half the package to begin with
nobody was helpful as to where my package was
the wire has sharp ends due to being cheap material and poor effort of manufacturing one of those sharp ends has pierced through my pups entire lip and caused an infection when messaged to sort this out i got no reply

I ordered on the 5th of October for a birthday present for a friend and it’s now the 2nd of November and it still hasn’t turned up and not responding to my emails. Very disappointed!
