I purchased a battery for my 4 year old Garmin, the replacement had less capacity than the old batterit it replaced, stamped at 1000mAh, is not even 50% that capacity, asked for warranty replacement and Battery Expert made the process as difficult as possible. Next notice is to Fair Trading NSW, this company needs to be banned from trading.

Delivery was a bit slow took a couple more days than expected but it's Christmas season so it is understandable, but customer service is very good! Email was replied responsively and patiently. All in all a satisfactory experience.
