Taken for a ride..
I wrote a glowing review soon after delivery (the first mower delivered arrived with a massive dent to the deck and this mower was its replacement), impressed as I was with ease of start-up, ease of gear changing etc).
However, two weeks in and the mower now refuses to self propell and emits smoke from someplace I'm too afraid to investigate.
I will now give up entirely on this mower, request a pick up from Bigger Boyz Toys and have them refund my money.
Purchased in March 2021 at Bigger Boyz Toys for A$670.00.

Great lawn mower
Great to mow the lawn now with this BBT 21" self propelled lawn mower which comes with a Briggs & Stratton motor with 2 year warranty and 1 year warranty on parts.The mulcher plug and side thrust is just great. Even came with 4x21" spare blades. The self propelled feature takes the hard work out of mowing. My lawn would be an average residential plot with a slight rise, front and back. Very happy with product. Highly recommend. Delivery was quick and service great.

Update: Thanks to Anne-marie at Bigger Boyz Toys for intercepting my email outlining the above. Mower is to be collected and once checked through at their warehouse BBT will refund me the full amount.
