Hello, my name is Scott Beavis. I paid for a subscription and as of today the site won't load through chrome or through the app. Actually the app doesn't even come up under a search. I would like to delete my account and get a refund please

Jase I've dealt with these POS a couple of times after they took money, each time I've gotten my money back by threatening them with reviews and notifying the authorities which has worked. Don't listen to them they're full of crap, l also contacted my bank ( NAB) who could see the transactions and took action so I'd be doing the same with ur bank.
Why after you have paid $100 for a Personal Information Verification (PIV) are you then asked to pay $450 for insurance which was not mentioned when you paid for the PIV?
Hi Alistair, DO NOT pay these crooks money. I have no idea what the PIV is and suggest you contact ur bank there's no such thing, as for insurance they obviously think they've found a bunny with conning you out of $100 so why not see what other scam they can get you on. I contacted my bank about these pricks taking money to get a payment reversal and after a number of emails threatening these POS they have agreed to refund my money, get back to me if you want and want more info but again and I can't stress enough DO NOT PAY THESE PRICKS it's a scam.

Why are you asking me to cancel your auto payments? I have absolutely nothing to do with this bogus, scamming website. If I was you I'd speak to my bank. I had to change my credit card in order to get them to stop charging me. Good luck, sorry I can't help.

I signed up for a three day trial on a dating website a few months ago. I quickly realised the sight was bogus in that it was absolutely filled with bot accounts that just led you to paid cam websites. It was not made clear that after the three-day trial I was to be automatically signed up for a premium monthly account with auto-renewal. I cancelled my premium subscription successfully but cancelling the service, I later found out, does NOT cancel the auto-renewal billing. Effectively meaning if I didn’t notice it I would be billed monthly for a service I had cancelled. Once you have got to the end of the process of cancelling the auto-renewal you are met with a misleading message stating “to completely the cancellation process please call our operator on 1800xxxxxx” which I did. The phone didn’t even ring before it connected but I was met with silence seeming to imply that I cannot close my account because I cannot cancel auto-renewal because the final step is unable to be completed. On top of all of that, I have dozens of transactions some around 40AUD others between 4-16AUD that my bank recognises as DATING SERVICES and it is impossible to trace because they all come from oddly named websites that go nowhere and all foreign transactions and as the exchange rate changes daily it again near impossible to match it to anything this damn website says it’s going to charge you. The only other dating services I have ever signed up for were Bumble and Tinder and they are both very clear with their billing so these charges can only have originated from this site, either directly, or through being sneakily tricked into agreeing to have payments taken on other websites. In total 147.02 has been deducted from me and to stop these payments being taken out I have had to cancel my card which has caused me considerable issue. I would like this money repaid to me asap.

I didn't authorise these transaction already gone through and cancelled subscriptions but need an immediate refund as that's my fuel money. Good luck, you need to cancel on the website, write down the reference number and call the number. 1800 823 849 when they bill you again for a different website you've not even signed up for next month, just report it to your bank for fraud. I cancelled my debit card and ordered a new one, if they're willing to pass it onto other websites who knows where else it is.
