Gave great advice and very prompt shipping and responses. Great with exchanges as well. Refund was immediate and new products shipped within in a couple of days of the date they received the returns.

Terrible experience warning

Terrible experience with Bikebiz Parramatta put my bike in for service and repairs i was told they had to order parts in from Japan and i would have to wait three weeks for the parts. After picking the bike up I received a speeding fine in the mail 130km in a 80km zone and a 2 and half thousand dollar fine when taking the fine back into the shop the owner of the shop along with the workers denied they even had the bike in the shop at that time. warning do not go to bikebiz they are a bunch of Crooks that will take you for everything you have. it took me a full year to fight it in court luckily I beat it. I will never go back to that shop in my life worst experience ever

Bikebiz has to be the biggest scam I’ve ever experienced. I tried selling them my 2016 Vulcan 650 in full working condition, with minor defects, and in turn got an offer for $1000. That frankly insulted me. A year after, I had to bring in another motorcycle for exterior repairs after a fall and got quoted for $2650. Justify how minor exterior damage somehow costs a higher price than a fully functioning motorcycle with less than 20000 kms. Considering labour and parts, the labour costed more than what they offered for my old bike. Take your business elsewhere, BIKEBIZ does not deserve yours.

Bought a Goldwing new a year ago.

This is the king of bike dealers. They gave me a great deal on my trade and sold me a fantastic new bike.

Service since then has been exemplary, Ben runs the tightest ship in the service department and nothing is too much trouble paid or warranty. Always have a loan bike available as long as you tell them you need one when you book and all the service staff take pride in their work.

Great experience, I love my bike and I love Bikebiz.

Outrageously expensive for Yamaha Oil

I was charged A$99 including GST for 1 x 4 litre container of YAMAHA Yamalube 10W40 fully synthetic when bought instore at Great Western Highway Parramatta. Very high margin and expensive.

Just bought a replacement CBR1100XX from this crowd and had a great experience - no pressures selling just informed and entertaining salesmanship. Raumin Andaz was a good operator and made the transition for me to my new bike a pain-free experience. Good job well done

Overall id say, BIKEBIZ customer service and following through with further customer communication is very average.
Parts department has outstanding customer service. I was up in the parts department Granville for something like 2-3min before i was approached by a lovely lady and made all the difference.
Just that little bit of communication goes along way. Maybe sales could learn a thing or two from them.
Not a very wow experience buying from Bikebiz but i guess we’re all human.
Management absolutely terrible.
Salesman that delivered the goods was a great bloke.

Ordered over $2000 of bike gear over 3 different orders. First order comes back saying 2 of the items cannot be stocked and are no longer being made. Still listed on their website however so this was the first annoyance. Then before I make the next order I politely asked if some kind of deal or discount could be applied as we were ordering so much gear. My response consisted of completely ignoring my request and just detailing that the gear would take another 4 or so business days before all the orders would be shipped as it had to come from a warehouse... why not ship from the warehouse?!?!? love how the notice is provided after the money has been taken. Good range of items if they were in stock but it seems that is all that's okay.

Wasted my time

I needed a chain for my bike ASAP. Found the one I wanted on Bikebiz website claiming its "In stock". Ordered it online and opted to pick it up. Called next day to make sure it was there and was told it would be in stock in 1 to 2 days!!! Apparently they act like drop shippers at this place advertising stuff they don't have. That's OK but don't say its " in stock ". Finally got it in only to discover its the wrong one. I ordered a clip link chain as stated on their website but I got a rivet link chain. I could have bought that on the spot for the same price 5 mins from my house! Learnt my lesson. From here on in its MX Store only for me.

Purchased parts online they were packaged up very well and delivered in an appropriate timeframe. I have no complaints happy to deal with again. On a side note Jessica needs a pay rise.

Time wasters

A particular motorcycle was advertised on the bikebiz Granville website however was not available for sale. Doesn’t look like an omission or technical error from communications with a salesperson as this particular salesperson did everything he could to push for more expensive motorcycle that he has on stock. All looked like lure and switch sales technique which is pretty low in my books. Will never deal with Granville Kawasaki shop again and would not recommend anybody who asks.

been dealing with bikebiz for the last 7yrs. they are always able to get me any parts or gear i want even if it's stuff they don't normally stock. I've also always serviced my bikes there and although they ate a bit pricey I've never had any issues with their work like i havr with other mechanics in the past. Staff always friendly and willing to lend a hand.
