No more hot flashes and night sweats
Turned 55 and a few days later started getting the occasional hot flash and night sweats which then escalated quickly to one hot flash every 45minutes! Began taking other herbal supplements containing black cohosh with no noticeable effect after 2 months. I had taken Vitex in my 40s to reduce migraines so started again with just one tablet in the morning with breakfast and WOW reduced hot flashes and night sweats to the point where I'm not sure I'm even having them anymore. I dont want to tempt fate and declare myself cured but will say definately working for me.

Amazing product
Amazing product started working for me within 10 days of using it. I was getting periods every 2 weeks but am now back to a regular 28 day cycle thanks to vitex.
The only downside is the tablets are very very difficult to swallow, I have even tried cutting in half to make smaller but its still hard. I have actually had one lodged in my throat at one point which was really scary.
Vitex is great, but these tablets are painful to swallow
I've used Vitex for about 3 months now and credit it with helping me to conceive last month after a long time of suffering from a short luteal phase. The first time I used Blooms brand from my local health food store but the second time I bought Blackmores brand. The Blackmores tablets are extremely painful to swallow, and have gotten stuck in my throat 3/3 times that I've taken them. The tablets are not only large but they are FAT and have sharp edges, and also seem to be somewhat sticky. The worst possible combination. I am giving up on these
... Read more in favour of Blooms. I've never really had any issues swallowing tablets before, and my prenatal vitamin is a larger tablet overall (but longer and flatter) and doesn't get stuck at all. These are beasts. Contains Vitex Extremely painful to swallow.

I used this product to help regulate my period after coming off the pill (I have always been irregular thats why I took the pill)but as I was trying to fall pregnant I had to go off and trying to fall pregnant is pretty impossible when your not regular Luckily i stumbled across this great product online so i decided to try it well not only did it sort out my irregular cycle but by the second month I could pinpoint my ovulation and got pregnant! I would highly recommend this product to anyone!
