Typical con artist running a well organised scam

published

They plant their own people in the crowd to put fake bids to raise the price on junk items.
The best example is to bid 85 dollar coffee machine when you can buy them for 50 at any super market.

Liars, dishonest and crap, beware you going to lose money and time there

published

They do not allow a proper inspection of the items, they wrongly described and they give you a piece of paper saying they are excluding their liability once the item is sold.

Do not use them you will lose money.

Not happy

Don't trust them its junk items should be tipped not sold to public fake watch tag heuer not even working should not even been auctioned. There taking advantage of the public, watch closely at the auction you will see whats going on.

Great Service & Great Prices

published

I have bought at Breen Auctions on numerous occassions and never had a problem. You can view the items the day before the Auction or even on the morning of the Auction before it starts, They have facilities so that we can check the items (which I make sure I always do) So if you are too lazy to check them and then get stuck with a damaged computer the blame is entirely on the buyer. They always read out the Terms & Conditions and they are on the website as well. I suggest you be more careful and not so lazy next time

faulty laptop

published

On Tuesday 8 April 2014 I bought a Toshiba laptop from Breen's auction group (Footscray) for $200. Charged laptop at home and discovered it has a smashed internal screen and is unusable. A phone call to Breen resulted in him saying he could do nothing about it. I have essentially bought an expensive piece of useless plastic.
Surely auctioneers have a duty of care to describe goods AND condition

unusable
