Fancy falling for a scam
Bowing down to 2% of the population will lose you customers. Boycott halal. Does it contain pork or alcohol? What a waste of money paying for these fees. There is no halal certification in their countries as they know already what is permissible. Shamefull.
Purchased in May 2021 for $20.00.

Bottle opening issue
I would love to try it, as I have bought it, but how do I open it? Obviously it's child proof.

Fantastic product if you can open it
I love this product - delicious mixed with soda water for a refreshing beverage. I have been a consumer for several years and recently on 2 occasions have found there is packaging fault with the screw top lid - its impossible to open! The first time I got it open by sawing it with have a sereated edge knife - however the second time to no avail - I will take it back to Coles for refund or replacement and hope they send it back to you so you can review your packaging. It's an excellent product - I hope you can resolve the packaging issue.

Love this Refresher at this price
Was drinking Rochester Dark Ginger 725ml but at $24 a bottle very expensive
The Buderim Ginger Refresher 750ml has less Energy and Sugar and is only let down by the 8mg per 100ml of sodium compared to <1g.
However these products are uncomparable when you consider one is $24 and the other is $3.50.
This is a great product that I will be using from now on.
Well done Buderim.

I would certainly like to enjoy This ginger cordial
However at 74 I find it extremely difficult to open the bottle. I have used carving knives to go around the the bottle, This is not the first time but on a number of times...and with a number of products...One finds unless you have the hands and strength of Sampson. one is not going to taste the liquid in this bottle....Hope you can find a solution the the problem. Laurie.

Ginger is medicinal. This cordial is good if you have a friend that can't stop throwing up. It is also good if an ear crystal has dislodged and you are experiencing vertigo. It is ok for prawn finger and not great for unsightly rashes. The graphic design on the bottle is misleading because it doesn't tell you any of this stuff. Buderim Ginger Refresher is pretty sugary. I wanted to quit sugar and I made a green smoothie with kale in it but then I got to thinking about how refreshing ginger cordial is after I've spent a summer morning working on the gt coupe.

Boycotting Halal and Kosher?
I was just looking for a review on ginger beer and came across these ridiculous comments about Halal certification.
Are these people boycotting both Kosher and Halal equally? Or are they just bigots?
Let's hope they go back to their own countries and leave the land for the people that have always respected it as white man was never welcome here in the first place.

It's halal certified so it's out
Halal certification means I'm no longer a customer. I will never bow in any way to Sharia law, I am Australian and proud to be one and detest this religious tax being forced on this country. If you want things all halal then go live in a Muslim country cos this aint ever goi.g to be one.

Halal certified product
I like the taste, but abhor the concept of halal certification where it applies to Australian food products. Will not purchase the product on this basis.

Lovely summer treat! Refreshing and tasty too...
Picked this from Coles after seeing it in Coles Christmas special recipe collection. Loved the taste of refreshing real ginger, there are not sediments unlike traditional ginger drinks. Tastes equally good with both soda water and plain water. I muddle small wedge of lemon and few mint leaves for a twist occasionally. Ideal hot summer months.
Very tasty and a 750 ml bottle makes upto 4 litres, pretty inexpensive summer treat! Love the ginger
I found it to be a bit too sweet to my taste. I usually buy budaberg diet ginger beer and perhaps comparing a diet drink to a cordial is unfair.

My love affair with Buderim Ginger Refresher
I've tried "the others" however they don't come near Buderim! I just love it & drink nothing else - except the occasional glass of water. I use at least 1 bottle/week, with Sparkling Mineral Water.
I've been drinking it now for about 10 years & will continue to do so forever I'd say! I've read some
of the other reviews & hadn't thought about using it in cooking. That opens up a whole new area for me to explore!
A genuine ginger flavour, not too sweet.
A little expensive, however I still continue to buy it.

Hi there - I bought it from Coles Supermarket. You should be able to find it in Coles or Woolworths. Try the larger stores, as smaller/express stores may not stock cordials.
There is also Buderim Ginger marmalade that I recently tried. Try that too, if you like marmalades. Its not like those glossy sheeny marmalade but rather think with lots of chunks of ginger. It's really great for baking, so far I have used it in muffins and bread pudding.
Pagi ;-)) I buy Buderim Ginger Referesher in most the larger Coles Supermarkets in Melbourne.
